The news was ablaze with reports of the dramatic events at the Stark Expo. Every channel showed footage of the battle, focusing on the impressive actions of Ryuk's Gundam squads.
"Breaking news: The Stark Expo was the scene of a fierce battle last night, involving the mysterious Gundam squads led by the enigmatic figure known as Ark," one reporter announced. "Witnesses described the scene as both terrifying and awe-inspiring."
Footage of the Raging Storm squad protecting civilians played, showing the Gundams erecting barriers and guiding people to safety. The Earth Dragon squad was shown in action, methodically dismantling the Hammer drones with ease.
"This army is pathetic, not a worthy opponent of our Lord," Barbatos declared in a commanding tone, slamming a Hammer drone to the ground with such force that it shattered. "Destroy them all, leave no scrap to hurt civilians!" His words and actions were caught on camera, leaving a lasting impression on viewers.
Another clip showed the Horus squad shooting down air force Hammer drones with precision, their GN rifles making short work of the airborne threats. The footage was almost surreal, like something out of a high-budget movie, but this was real life.
At S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, Clint watched the news with a mix of admiration and curiosity. "These guys are good," he commented, unable to take his eyes off the screen.
Fury, too, was engrossed in the footage, analyzing every move of the Gundam squads. "Ark's strategy is solid. He knows what he's doing," Fury muttered, impressed by the coordination and efficiency of the Gundams.
In a hidden Hydra base, operatives watched the same footage with greedy eyes. "We need to get our hands on this technology," one of them said, his tone filled with avarice.
The news segment shifted to interviews with witnesses. A little boy, his eyes wide with excitement, spoke to the camera. "I was about to be shot by a Hammer drone, but one of the Gundams saved me! His name was Echo, it was written on his chest. Thank you, Echo!" The boy beamed, his gratitude evident.
A group of teenagers also shared their story. "We were cornered by a drone, and then this huge Gundam slammed it into a wall. He saved us. Thank you!" they said, their relief and admiration clear.
The reporter concluded, "Who are these mysterious Gundams and their leader, Ark? The world watches and wonders."
Back at his base, Ryuk watched the news, a satisfied smile on his face as he received his rewards from the quest. He summoned his sergeants and presented them with the new EX equipment for the Raging Storm squad, a gesture of gratitude and recognition for their excellent performance.
"You've done well," Ryuk said, addressing his Gundams. "Together, we will face any challenge and overcome any obstacle. Liu Bei, you will lead your own squad soon. Prepare yourself."
Liu Bei, standing tall and resolute, nodded. "I will not let you down, my Lord."
The sense of camaraderie and loyalty among Ryuk and his Gundams was palpable. They were more than just machines; they were a team, ready to face whatever the future held together.
