Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Building the Future

Ryuk's days were filled with training and preparation, but his nights became a different story altogether. The Gundam SD System had daily quests, and Ryuk took full advantage of them. These quests often involved taking down thugs, gangsters, and various criminals infesting the underbelly of New York City. Each successful mission brought rewards—resources, technology, and sometimes even cash.

Within the first few weeks, Ryuk began to realize the sheer amount of potential hidden within these rewards. Looting criminal bases often yielded advanced tech and substantial sums of money, and it wasn't long before he devised a plan to turn these resources into something even more valuable.

One night, after a particularly successful raid on a notorious gang's hideout, Ryuk returned to his apartment, his bag filled with high-tech gadgets and stacks of cash. He laid everything out on the table, a grin spreading across his face as he thought about the possibilities.

"Okay, Ryuk," he muttered to himself. "Time to put these to good use."

Over the next two months, Ryuk meticulously gathered and repurposed the resources he acquired from his nightly quests. With the help of his RGM Units, he started building a base of operations, hidden deep within the heart of New York City. The location was perfect—an abandoned warehouse with ample space and the ideal amount of seclusion.

Using the Gundam SD System, Ryuk directed his RGM Units to repair and retrofit the warehouse. They installed advanced security systems, state-of-the-art labs, and training facilities. The base quickly transformed from a dilapidated structure into a cutting-edge hub of technology and innovation.

Ryuk knew that in addition to preparing for the Chitauri invasion, he needed a legitimate front to cover his activities. Thus, he founded a medical and tech company, utilizing the advanced technology he had looted from the criminal underworld. Naming it "Leonheart Innovations," the company focused on developing revolutionary medical devices and cutting-edge technological solutions.

The company's rise was meteoric. Using his knowledge from the Gundam SD System and the tech he had gathered, Ryuk introduced groundbreaking products that quickly caught the attention of the scientific community. Within weeks, Leonheart Innovations had secured several patents, and prominent investors were clamoring to get a piece of the action.

The success of his company provided the funds he needed to expand his operations further. He upgraded his Gundam models, acquired new equipment, and even began recruiting a team of specialists to assist him. Among them were engineers, doctors, and former military personnel—all carefully vetted and sworn to secrecy.

One evening, after a particularly exhausting day of balancing his roles as CEO and vigilante, Ryuk decided to use the Gacha option in the Gundam SD System. The holographic interface shimmered before him, presenting the familiar, randomized spinning wheel.

"Alright, let's see what I get this time," Ryuk said, taking a deep breath as he pressed the button.

The wheel spun, lights flashing in a dazzling array of colors, before finally coming to a stop. Ryuk watched in anticipation as his new summons materialized:

1. **5 Guntanks**

- These heavily armored units were equipped with powerful cannons and could provide formidable support in battle.

2. **10 RGM Units**

- More versatile support Gundams, these units would bolster his already significant repair and construction capabilities.

3. **4 Verde Buster Units**

- Additional firepower for his team, equipped with Magnum-Bullet type weapons and Tank Shields, ready for combat.

4. **Technopath Ability (Grade E)**

- A new ability allowing him to communicate with and control electronic devices, albeit at a basic level.

5. **Close Combat Master Ability (Grade E)**

- Another ability enhancing his melee combat skills, providing him with a foundational level of martial prowess.

But it wasn't all serious rewards. Mixed in with the useful summons were some comically out-of-place items, including panties from a famous Gundam character, a rubber chicken, and an oversized foam finger. Ryuk couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all.

"Well, I guess even the system has a sense of humor," he chuckled, tossing the random items aside.

With his new reinforcements and abilities, Ryuk felt more prepared than ever. He directed the newly summoned units to integrate into his base's operations, the Guntanks and Verde Busters reinforcing his defense capabilities, while the RGM Units expanded his logistical and repair efforts.

As the two months drew to a close, Ryuk stood in the central command room of his base, looking around with a sense of pride and accomplishment. The once-abandoned warehouse was now a fully operational fortress, equipped with everything he needed to support the Avengers and defend New York from the impending alien invasion.

"Not bad, Ryuk," he said to himself, a confident smile on his face. "Not bad at all."

But Ryuk knew there was no time for complacency. The clock was ticking, and the Chitauri invasion was drawing nearer with each passing day. He had built the foundation for his mission, but the real test was yet to come.

As he prepared for the challenges ahead, Ryuk couldn't help but feel a surge of determination. He had divine guidance, the power of the Gundam SD System, and a team of dedicated allies. With Leonheart Innovations as his cover and his base of operations hidden in the shadows, Ryuk Leonheart was ready to face whatever threats lay ahead.
