"Let's get out of here together," Louis said as he reached the door of the café.
"Yes, alright," Rafael replied, quickly packing his bag as he stood up.
As they walked, they resumed their conversation, though this time it wasn't about crimes and justice but something else that fueled both their minds.
"So, you both are a thing now?" Rafael asked as they continued walking towards the large hospital that loomed in the distance.
"Well... if you can call 'friends with benefits' a thing..." Louis said with a sly grin.
The words made Rafael remember the first time he and Marco had an intense night, and he couldn't help but mutter, "Bed friends it is."
"Okay, enough about me. How about you and Marco? How's it going? You said you're officially together now..." Louis asked, his eyes eager with anticipation.
"We're fine." But Rafael didn't bother to ease Louis' anticipation or fuel it, giving only a three-word answer.
