"I didn't say I know who did it. It's just speculation I'm looking to confirm or deny," Rafael said, his hand extended, showing the tension he was trying to suppress.
"Ermm… okay. Just give a name now so we know," Louis replied, casually leaning back in his seat as he glanced at his phone.
Rafael also checked his phone, and when he was done, his face twisted in frustration. He let out a small sigh, visibly annoyed.
"The time's moving fast. I need to get to the office soon," Louis said, still fixated on his phone. Glancing up briefly, he added, "And you, when are you going to start working at the hospital?"
That's when he noticed the shift in Rafael's expression, a flicker of worry that didn't go unnoticed.
"Is anything wrong? Why are you frowning?" he asked, his voice filled with concern.
