I couldn't believe that my memory would come back so soon and my first thought was to call my cousin because he was the only person I could trust.
I said goodbye to Heart and her mother to go to town, I saw how sad Heart was but I promised that I would come back.
I take Aunt Nely's boat, I went to the very town and here I looked for a phone, luckily I still remember Adrian's personal number so I immediately dialed it.
After a few rings, the voice on the other line answered and he immediately spoke to me and he could hardly believe that I was still alive after being gone for several months.
I told him where I was exactly and he immediately came to me and with him was another friend of ours who was also a lawyer like my cousin.
The two couldn't believe that they saw me, I know that Miko used his private plane to get here right away and he drove it.
"A lot happened after you were gone, grandma was heart attacked, but she's fine and resting." I nodded and breathed a sigh of relief that my family seemed to be doing well.
"That animal paid them to kill me." I told the two of them what happened to us and both couldn't believe it.
I also told them who helped me and where I ended up.
"I have to get back there because it's Heart's birthday." I just said so both of them looked at me.
"Looks like you've found a girl that suits you." Miko said with a laugh and pissed me off so I just shook my head.
"No one will be surprised because people know you as a nerd and an ugly man, so you are safe in public, especially since they haven't seen your true face yet." Adrian said so I nodded.
My ugly face in public really helps a lot but Lira is the only problem so I said that she has seen my true appearance.
"She won't talk because her name is still hot in public because of your canceling your wedding." Adrian said again so I just nodded.
Before we returned to the island we shopped for things we needed on the island and gifts for the mother and daughter and since it was Heart's birthday.
We used Adrian's yacht that we both owned and designed it because I thought that it would be here to fulfill the birthday of Serenety.
I took the necklace that I had hidden from Adrian before, the heartmoon that I had designed in Paris that I was going to give to Lira but I haven't given it to her yet.
Those people's blood boils again and I will make sure they pay for what they did big.
It will finally give me something and Heart will be able to do it so I secretly smiled.
I love her even for a short time and I will do everything to protect her so I will not rush because she is young.
"Did you buy a present?" I asked the two so they both nodded so we traveled back to the island.
"I can't believe you ended up here on the island you bought five years ago." I looked at Adrian yes I am the owner of that place and I can't believe someone lives in a part of the place where the mother and daughter live.
"Maybe destiny brought me to that place Adrian." I just said it but he just laughed and shook his head at what I said.
It only took a few hours for us to get here and I could see the small island and I knew that Heart was waiting for me to come back.
I didn't make a mistake because I could clearly see the joy on her face so I just smiled while looking at her and happily talking to my two friends.
She can be a good friend with Alyssa, she is our cousin, I'm sure she won't believe that I'm back so I just shook my head.
"How's the company?" I asked Adrian.
"It's going well, don't worry, we got rid of the employee who was stealing here, Miko and I fixed everything." I nodded my head saying that I can really count on my friends that's why I left my company because they won't let me down.
"I thought of building a resthouse there and I need your help again. I want to stay there for a while." I said so Miko and I both nodded.
After Heart's birthday, I said goodbye again the next day because there was a problem with one of the plants I own, so I had to leave Manila.
Even if I don't want to leave Heart, I will try to get back before the day is tiring, but I need to finish it.
No one is surprised by my presence, so it's a big deal that no one knows me.
I still saw in the newspapers that I still haven't been found so I smirked because my opponents use it to get a rise but that's if they can surpass me.
Someone sabotaged our plantation so we fixed it right away and fortunately no one involved was hurt.
I got back to the island in the afternoon and I couldn't believe that I would find Heart sleeping here in the hut that I made so I couldn't stop myself from kissing her because as the days passed I wanted her more and more.
Her lips are so soft and good to kiss I don't know how long I can supress my longing to her.
She woke up obviously surprised by what I did but she just hugged me tightly when I was about to kiss her again her mother called her.
She came out quickly and rushed home, I just smiled and lay down like a teenager hiding a forbidden love.
After awhile i got out of my hut but when i saw Heart i frowned.
For a while I thought about going out but I stopped when I saw Heart come out crying so I got nervous.
