Ranks:

F= human or a fly on the wall

E=low class= captain of America(AN: he might be higher)

C= mid class=building level=

D=high class= city level= 

B=ultimate class= continent level=Rias Gremory(AN: I'm pretty sure she was high class at the start of the series)

A= Super Devil= planetary level= Sirzechs Lucifer

S =Half-Step God= solar system level=I don't know any one

SS=God=Universe level= Shiva(AN: not to sure about this one)

X= Multiverse level= Ophis/Great Red(AN: I don't know how strong they are really)
