"Max, that's not true. He cares about you a lot." Andrew started, but seeing the stubborn look on his face, he knew he wasn't going to get anywhere with him on this topic. He'd have to go slow, ease him into it.
Andrew wasn't going to give up on Maxwell believing his family cared about him. Especially after he'd been given the son-in-law treatment.
"On a different note, I've made a jab at your Father, and I don't know how long I'll be able to keep it up." Andrew said. Maxwell's expression dipped into confusion as he stared at Andrew. He still had his finger in his mouth.
