Shanguan Zu Jin's POV
The empress gave us the cup she's holding. She looks at the ladies and men that were helping her in brewing the medicine. She put back her masks.
"Let's get back to work, everyone," she says.
We watch her as she leaves. I chuckled. "She loves what she's doing. I can see it through her eyes," I whispered.
"I feel like she was born to serve the people. I mean, not because she's is. I feel like she's a different person. I will excuse myself. I have to go back in my post," Pei Qin remarked. He bows his head and leaves right away.
"To me? I feel like she's born to be a doctor," Li Jin stated.
He bows his head and leaves too. They're have sharp senses. They already notice that the changes of the empress are strange.
Pei Qin was right; she's a different person. Li Jin was right too. She was born to be a doctor because that's who she was before she died.
