The air felt different. It was normal, though, since I only felt this way whenever the full moon was approaching.
"The governor will see you now," Wilson informed me. I had been sitting in the waiting area while my father discussed with his cabinet members.
"Why are they all on gloomy faces?" Wilson asked as the cabinet members sauntered out. They looked as though they'd been flogged. As they passed by, some of them greeted me while some, especially the older ones, just walked past. I turned around to look at Wilson, who had spoken earlier. Even though I liked him, I do not like indulging him. "Understand your level, son, and you will never be disrespected." My dad will always say.
"Sorry, boss." He apologized. From the corner of my eye, I could see that he was smiling.
