I stood behind my window as I watched the rain drizzle quietly. The rain had been a perfect opportunity for me to stay back at home instead of being at work.
"Wilson, the rain is about to fall." I had told him when he unlocked the limousine door for me to get in. My briefcase was in my hands as usual.
"Yes, sir," He answered in his professional manner. He was holding his briefcase, which he attempted to place on the side of the limo. "But it looks like we can get to work before then. Though."
"That's not true." I looked up again. Thinking about what it will feel like to be inside my spacious bed when the rain starts to fall. "Will I think of Astrid?" I thought to myself.
"It will rain cats and dogs," I told Wilson. Bringing my face down to look at him.
