"Madam!" When going downstairs, the servant still addressed her as usual, but the look in her eyes was somewhat strange. It seemed to be astonished that she would still come back here. "The young master instructed that the madam accompanies the young master for dinner tonight."
Ji Ai'er nodded. She didn't know how Ji Minze's young heart would view her as a mother, and how Ji En would tell him what kind of person she was after all these events.
Ji Ai'er walked into the kitchen. She wanted to cook tonight's dinner.
"Madam, you can just wait in the living room. The young master instructed that the matters in the kitchen would be handled by us servants. When dinner is ready, I will inform you, the young master, and the young master." The servant said again.
Ji Ai'er's hand paused in the air. It took her a while to come to her senses.
Ji En really didn't trust her anymore. He even wouldn't let her touch the things she had been doing before. Was he afraid that she would poison the food again?
Ji En, the person you should be on guard against is not your Ji Ai'er! Ji Ai'er shouted in her heart, but only she could hear it.
Ji Ai'er returned to the living room and sat down. Now she couldn't do anything. Every time she approached something, the servant or the butler would tell her what the young master had instructed. She was like a prisoner, being monitored everywhere.
"Mommy!"
Ji Minze's voice rang out. Ji Ai'er turned her head and saw Minze, as well as Ji En behind Minze.
"You're back!" Ji Ai'er said to Ji En.
Ji En nodded, his gaze bypassed her and walked into the living room.
"Mommy, I missed you so much!" Ji Minze smiled sweetly.
"Minze! Mommy missed you too!" Ji Ai'er hugged Ji Minze tightly. She could finally hold her son again.
"Daddy said that Mommy would accompany Minze for dinner tonight. Daddy keeps his word." Ji Minze finished speaking and took Ji Ai'er's hand. "Mommy, accompany me upstairs!"
"Okay!" Ji Ai'er stood up and glanced at Ji En, who was watching the news.
Ji Ai'er accompanied her son upstairs.
"Mommy, wait for me here! I'm going to take a bath first!" Ji Minze said to Ji Ai'er.
"Do you need Mommy's help?" Ji Ai'er looked at her son, who seemed to have grown taller, and asked.
"No. You can just wait for me here!" Ji Minze asked Ji Ai'er to sit on the chair, and he himself entered the bedroom.
Ji Ai'er looked at the family photo on Ji Minze's desk, a family photo of only three people. They were smiling so brightly. Hopefully, they could regain such happiness as soon as possible.
It seemed that Ji En hadn't said anything to Minze. Otherwise, Ji Minze couldn't be so close to her as before. Was he trying his best to maintain her image in Minze's mind? Ji Ai'er thought.

Come on - Ji Ai'er!
