Outside the Academy's premises, a number of people gathered. Most of them presents were ability users who choose to live freely as a citizen of the Saint Isle—they are the good residents of the Saint Stella's Castletown. These curious onlookers here were assembled for a single reason; the conspicuous barrier that was surrounding the school campus.
At the center of these eyeing crowd were people wearing black military uniform or rather naval-based uniform to be more precise. Their clothes were lined with crimson decorates and definitions from its hem to its sleeves. It was almost identical to the ones that the students wear, but it was more magnificently defined and took more dignity about it. Women wore miniskirt while men wore pants for the bottom part. At their left shoulder, their respective ranks were engraved, while on the right was the number 7—and under this was the name "Kage no Kishi."—these were written in gold while also bordered with crimson linings.
