Hiraeth had been impressed by the girl's shy demeanor, having known her long enough to realize that there was rarely anything this timid between them. The woman let out a laugh, causing the other to blush even more at that reaction, even feeling slightly irritated by it.
"Hira!" Sasha exclaimed, quite annoyed, hiding her face further in embarrassment.
Hiraeth laughed at her, her eyes watering and her stomach hurting. She only stopped when Sasha hit her on the head with her fan.
"Alright, I've stopped," she said, almost out of breath.
Sasha huffed, turning to face the other way.
Her skin was quite pale, and given the flush of redness, it looked as if it had been burned by the sun—though it was night, so of course, it hadn't been sunburned.
Hiraeth moved a little closer to Sasha and whispered.
"Would you still be up for a dance?"
