Ben will just laugh at the funny antics of his tiny daughter and they always have so much fun being together. However, a famine hit Tinsel Town and all towns beside it were scavenging for food since Tinsel still has food all over. It is known for its magic and that its season provides for the townspeople food like the sweet & sour gummy patches which will come again soon this week. So, the other towns are preparing to rob Tinsel of their candies.
But Mr. & Mrs. Benette heard of the news and decided to shut the huge golden gates of the town so no one nor other townsfolk would be able to enter nor come out of there for a long time. Tinsel townsfolk are in great gratitude for the couple's concern but little did they know, the evil couple planned to eat all the children their town starting from Manhattan. Manhattan got lost in her way back to town when she wanted to get some log for the fire to cook porridge for her sick mom. But she was caught in a net and Mr. Benette did that so he can easily catch children especially at night time, since the couple couldn't see well at night.
Mr. Benette looks like a chubby snowman with his gray hair and fat tummy, big mouth that can fit two kids in one bite. Mrs. Benette is the opposite, thin but has a huge mouth that can fit three to five child in one bite. She seems too picky with children's tastes why she is slimmer than Mr. Benette.
Manhattan was so tired getting the logs so she decided to sit down a staircase. She didn't know that it's the magical stairs of the Benette's home, that the mere sight of her already signaled the couple that there is a child, at about 13-15 years who is resting in your stairs as of the moment. Mr. Benette's tongue loosely went out of his mouth and like a frog he leapt and leapt towards the end of the stairs and smelled Manhattan. Mrs. Benette shouted and called out for her husband. "Manhattan is mine"!, Mrs. Benette said confidently for she smelled the girl, she's so fine, beautiful and sweet on her palate to taste. Hmmm… yum, yum, yum!!!, while rubbing her stomach repetitively.
