The IJN Shinano docked smoothly at Volkshaven Harbor, its gangplank lowered with precision. The Nipponese delegation, led by Foreign Minister Hiroshi Kuroda and General Takeshi Mori, disembarked with deliberate grace. They were immediately met by a group of Valorian officials in immaculate uniforms, their presence exuding authority and control.
"Welcome to Volkshaven," said a Valorian officer, bowing slightly. "I am Colonel Richter. On behalf of the Supreme Leader, I will escort you to Volkshalle. Please, follow me."
The Nipponese delegation nodded in acknowledgment and followed the colonel to a line of sleek black cars waiting nearby. Kuroda and Mori entered the lead car, the soft hum of the engine masking the undercurrent of tension between the two parties.
