Synopsis
The native planet where a multitude of people suffering from the consequences of overpopulation and forceful servitude on Earth migrated to Crystallia via gravitational slipstream between planets. It was believed that such a feat was impossible and that a normal human being would not be able to survive such an ordeal, but then one of the most unpredictable physical phenomena in the universe besides the power of God was gravity. The galaxy collision occurred during the era of the slave trade when the supersized galaxy known as Redromida collided with the Milky Way. Naturally, none of the elements touched as the scientists had suggested, but there were phenomenons that they failed to predict. One such occurrence was the impact of the planet Crystallia disturbing the orbit of the Earth. The result of such a proximity between Crystallia, which happened to be as large as the planet Jupiter and Earth was astronomical. The resulting earthquakes and disasters shattered the very concept of living for man, and then the gravitational pathways between the planets, which lasted for more than 2 and a half years, were established. The migration began after several who had made the journey by accident had returned with glad tidings of fertile land, greener pastures, and a safe heaven from the power of the Aro and other European slave traders. The migration lasted until the gravitational slipstream ended; by then, the slave traders had discovered the path, but by the time they made plans to pursue the merchandise, the gravitational link between Earth and Crystallia had come to an end. The majority of people who made the journey were from parts of West Africa, the central parts of Asia, the Red Indians of North America and a few from the northern parts of South America. They had barely settled into their new home when the planets natural immune system was triggered, the Ẹbọras emerged intending to end the branch of humanity that had the gall to make this planet their home. The struggle for survival began; man was able to harness the crystal mined from the planet to forge an energy source, they were able to till the land to produce food, and they built large walls to shelter themselves from the Ẹbọra. As man thrived, man also adapted to this new planet; exposure to this new crystal energy and air, which was not oxygen but breathable, caused a change in man’s biological constitution. The next generation had Evolved into something else. Thus, the story begins. Adewale was killed on the streets of modern-day Lagos in the country called Nigeria; for some reason, God decided that Adewale didn’t deserve death and reincarnated him in this new world called Crystallia. He is forced to grow up quickly because of the sad state of the society he was born into, a society where the rich prey upon the poor using them as stepping stones in achieving their selfish ambitions. As a child, Adewale was forcefully recruited into the military force of the Lagos Shelter, where he was forced to use his useless ability to pave a path towards success. Through the hardship of this world, he managed to gather trusted allies and embarked on a quest of his own to take control of the Lagos shelter and end corruption. What he didn’t count on was the fact that the heart of the greedy thinks only of staying the hunger of their greed and that greed will lead to war, savagery and destruction. Thus the exciting story of Adewale begins, with his closest companion that named itself Symbiot.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

ADEWALE MEETS A NEW WORLD

Adewale suddenly felt the tender breeze of the morning air wash across his face; as he opened his eyes, he had hoped to find his body attached to a medical machine with several tubes attached to his tender skin. He was caught in the middle of a fight between the Agberos (thugs) of Oshodi and the Agberos (thugs) of Ikẹje. The fight led to a huge riot, and for some reason, he was stabbed while he was trying to rush towards his place of employment.

"Where am I?" he said then realised that the voice was not his own. "Why do I sound like a child?" then he sat up from his bed and realised a different sensation from the one he was used to. "I feel strange; where are my cavities?" he inquired after inspecting his teeth with his tongue.

"I get it, this is just a bad dream." He thought to himself, "I'll just go back to bed and wake up in the hospital tomorrow." if only that could happen, he'd be better for it, but for some reason, a woman walks into the room and empties a bucket of water on the confused little boy.

"Mummy!, what was that for!!" He protested. Suddenly, he realised that he had the memories of the body he was inhabiting. Now it dawned on him this body was his own, and it was not like he had just woke up from his previous life but more like he had just recovered his memories.

"How dare you talk to your mother like that!!" the woman cried in anger, "Get out of bed and get ready for school, Now!"

"Yes, ma" He responded mechanically; he forced himself out of bed and followed the instructions from his body's memory to perform his morning ritual.

The wonderful world of Intafrica that Adewale was sent to was far different from the original world he came from. He learnt that this world was fully dependent on crystal energy as an energy source as opposed to electrical technology, but like Nigeria, the level of corruption was on the increase. The leaders were all biased and self-serving, and there were many unfair policies used to oppress the minority, but on the upside, this new world is likened to an anime isekai.

The world was actually a death trap, and the cities were large enclosures with a radius of about 10-15 miles surrounded by large impregnable walls. Outside the walls of the city was a planet-wide dungeon teamed with innumerable evil beasts hell-bent on the desire to end humanity.

"Well," Adewale thought as he sat listening to his class lessons "At least the tragic back story is present now all I need are the cheats that give me an advantage"

"Teacher!" one of the children inquired "What happens if the monster breaks into the Sheltered city?"

"Then, like the fall of Owu, the humans will face extinction." the teacher replied, "But that is highly unlikely. The walls are reinforced with crystal energy" Adewale raised his head in surprise as he realised that this strange new world had similarities with his old one. The fall of Owu marked a major change to the old Yoruba empire. In the real world, it seems like a similar incident occurred in this world, the fall of Owu and the fall of the Trojan Empire, a shelter can fall as well. A shelter is an enclosure used to keep the Ebọras away from the humans living within; if the shelter should fall, then the people would be forced to live in the wild.

"Which is why we depend on the great Abacha to keep us safe within this shelter called the Lagos shelter" the teacher continued, "The great grandfather of Abacha was the one who was able to brave the wild and establish this shelter to further human civilization, it is a pity that his descendants do not share the same idea" Adewale chuckled at those words, in a place where corruption thrives the weak and powerless suffer.

"Sometimes I wish the Galaxy collision didn't happen" the teacher voiced aloud.

Adewale raised his head from his desk surprised by what he had heard, 'The Galaxy Collision?' what did she mean by that? His curiosity was peeked. He needed to know what it meant and how it affected his stay in this world; he needed to know if he was to conquer the world and become its leader or if there was some kind of demon lord for him to vanquish. The desire to find his place in this world is the one driving force that is keeping him alive.

"Please tell us about the Galaxy Collision" one of the students questioned. In his heart, Adewale thanked the one who inquired about the collision.

"When you ask for something you raise your hand up and politely ask" The teacher scolded,

The boy called Attah stood from his chair and made his inquiry once more. At the same moment, Adewale's memory was suddenly flooded at the sight of the boy. To his amazement, he realised that the boy was called Attah Adewale's best friend and the second born of his parents.

" The Galaxy Collision" the teacher continued, "was an event that had happened over 1500years ago where our origin galaxy known as the Milky Way collided with the galaxy known as Redromida" Adewale quietly gasped in shock "Then the human beings lived on a terrestrial planet with one-third of its surface covered in water called Earth" the teacher then placed a large picture on the board to further explain the process "Science has proved that the elements within the galaxy being light-years apart have a 0% possibility of collision and that gravity of each galaxy would guide in the navigation to prevent disaster still there are variables that can produce an unpredictable result."

Then, the teacher erected a new picture on the class board; it was a picture of the world they were currently inhabiting. "The planet we're on is currently called 'Crystalla' a planet more than 50 times the size of Earth"

"And then what happened?" Adewale cried out unable to contain his excitement.

"The suns of both planets were close to colliding and Earth and Crystallia almost touched, according to history due to the size and gravitational strength of Crystallia large chunks of land water and innocent people were drawn from the Earth unto the surface of this planet which was called the great migration, another theory believes that the immigrants decided to move unto the planet deliberately seeing it as a once in a million-year possibility. Those immigrants represent the founding fathers of our race on this planet"

"Wow" the students exclaimed

"Are all the founding fathers of this world from Africa?" Adewale exclaimed in excitement.

"Adewale!" the teacher exclaimed, "how were you able to name one of the great lands of the old world?" the teacher inquired. "That field of knowledge is reserved for the higher classes."

"My father", he responded, the teacher nodded in acknowledgement, and the class continued.

The class continued for quite a while, and then once classes were over, Adewale rushed towards the library to learn about this world he found himself in and the relationship it had with his previous world. His close friend Attah followed him very closely and even kept him company during the period in the library.

His library session gave him all the knowledge he needed; he learnt that the humans of this world are fully dependent on crystal energy and that the people of the land had changed. A change of environment would mean a change in the nature of the people living within the environment; the people of this world called it the "Evolution level". The higher the Evo-level, the stronger the person becomes. The first generation lacked the special abilities granted by continuous exposure to the crystal energy, but as time passed, the next generation developed special abilities, and the Evo-level increased with every new generation.

"So this is a world with special abilities and magic powers, awesome!" Adewale exclaimed. "I wonder what kind of power I will unlock", he wondered in his excitement "It's going to be awesome!".

"What's awesome" Attah asked as he closed his crystal science book.

"The powers we will get in this worll… I mean our new skills" Adewale replied.

"The power evaluation will soon be carried out" Attah replied "once we come of age, but for now we should go home or our parents will have our heads"

It was at that moment that Adewale realised that the school Liberian was scowling at them in suppressed rage, he quickly picked up several books on the history of man in Crystallia for further reading and rushed towards the Liberian. Adewale and Attah sincerely apologised for taking too much time in the library and promised to return the books the following day.
