Chapter 58 - The Berth of honoured One

The months have passed, and the secluded cave is now a place of warmth and quiet anticipation. Inside, the tension is high as Ellen is in labor, her body trembling from the pain.

Beads of sweat form on her forehead, and she grits her teeth, holding back screams. Eva, her younger sister, is by her side, her eyes filled with worry but also strength.

Ellen: breathing heavily, her voice strained "Oh my god, it's really painful…"

She clutches Eva's hand tightly, the intensity of the moment overwhelming.

Through the pain, Ellen's mind remains sharp, and her eyes, though tired, hold a glimmer of resolve. She turns to Eva, her voice soft but urgent.

Ellen: gasping for breath "Eva… come closer… I want to say something to you."

Eva leans in immediately, concern etched across her face as she listens closely. Ellen's voice drops to a whisper, sharing words meant only for her sister.

The moment is heavy, filled with something important, something only the two of them understand.

Ellen: whispering in Eva's ear

Eva: eyes widening for a moment before nodding firmly "You got that, big sister. I'll handle it... but please, be careful. You need to stay strong."

Eva's voice is laced with both determination and fear for her sister's well-being. She squeezes Ellen's hand, offering support as Ellen struggles through the pain of childbirth.

Despite the agony, Ellen's mind remains sharp, her heart focused on both the life she is bringing into the world and whatever secret plan she had just entrusted to Eva.

Ellen: smiling weakly, her voice trembling "Thank you, Eva. I trust you…"

Eva arrives at Midoriya's mansion in Japan, the grand estate quiet under the midday sun. She is greeted by Izuku and Ochaco, their expressions turning from warmth to concern as they sense the urgency in her arrival.

Izuku: smiling at first "Oh, Eva, is there something you need?"

Ochaco: coming forward with a kind smile "Sweetie, if you're looking for Izana, he's not home right now."

Eva: shaking her head "It's not about Izana. I need to tell you both something important… something about Ellen."

At the mention of Ellen's name, both Izuku and Ochaco freeze, their expressions shifting to immediate worry.

Izuku: his voice tight, eyes wide with concern "Ellen? Where is she now? Is she okay?"

Ochaco: sadness flooding her eyes "Yeah, after our son Toshinori's death… she was completely devastated. We've been so worried about her."

Eva steps closer, her voice calm but urgent, as she begins to explain everything.

Eva: speaking softly but clearly "Ellen has been carrying Toshinori's child. She's been hiding somewhere in the mountains, away from everyone, to protect the baby from our father, Diego. She didn't want anyone to know until the right moment… and now she's in labor."

Izuku and Ochaco's faces pale with shock, and a moment of silence falls over the room.

The gravity of the revelation sinks in, and Ochaco's eyes fill with tears as she covers her mouth, unable to believe the sacrifice Ellen has made.

Ochaco: whispering in disbelief "Oh my god... she made such a huge sacrifice? All this time, she's been alone, protecting Toshinori's child… our grandchild."

Izuku: his voice trembling with both pride and sorrow "She's been carrying this burden all by herself… hiding to protect their child. Ellen has always been so strong… but this…"

Izuku and Ochaco exchange a glance, their minds racing, but one thing is clear—they need to be with Ellen. They need to meet their grandchild, to support her through this moment.

Izuku: determined, standing tall "Take us to her, Eva. Let us meet our grandchild… and Ellen. We need to be there for her, for all of them."

Ochaco: nodding in agreement, her eyes filled with resolve "Yes, we need to be by her side. Ellen shouldn't be alone, not now. Let's go."

Eva leads Izuku and Ochaco through the hidden pathways of the mountains to Ellen's secret mansion. The air is thick with tension and anticipation as they approach the entrance. Inside, the atmosphere is calm, but there is an undeniable heaviness lingering in the air. They finally reach Ellen's room, where she lies on the bed, unconscious after the exhausting process of childbirth.

Ochaco: gasping softly as she sees Ellen "Oh, Ellen…"

Her eyes immediately fill with tears as she rushes to Ellen's bedside. Ellen, pale but peaceful, is resting after the intense ordeal. Beside her, wrapped in soft blankets, is the newborn baby boy, sleeping soundly. Izuku stands at the doorway for a moment, frozen by the scene. His heart clenches as he sees his daughter-in-law and his first grandchild.

Izuku: quietly, his voice full of emotion "She really did it… she gave birth to Toshinori's child."

Eva stands beside them, her expression calm but watchful, knowing how much this moment means to them. She speaks softly, trying not to disturb the baby.

Eva: whispering "Ellen was strong through the entire process, but it took a lot out of her. She's been unconscious since the baby was born. But he's healthy… just like Toshinori."

Ochaco gently strokes Ellen's hair, her tears flowing freely now. She looks down at the baby boy with a mix of awe and love.

Ochaco: softly "He's beautiful… so much like his father. Ellen went through so much, all alone, to bring him into this world."

Izuku steps closer, his eyes never leaving the baby. His hands tremble as he reaches out, carefully lifting the tiny bundle into his arms.

The baby stirs slightly but doesn't wake. Izuku's eyes fill with tears as he looks down at his grandson, feeling Toshinori's presence in the child's peaceful face.

Izuku: choking up, his voice breaking "Toshinori… I see you in him. He's our grandson, Ochaco. I can feel it."

Ochaco: nodding, her hand resting on Izuku's arm "Yes… and we'll protect him, just like Ellen has. He has so much love waiting for him, even with everything that's happened."

Eva watches the scene unfold, knowing how much this means to them. She steps forward, placing a hand on Ochaco's shoulder.

Eva: reassuringly "Ellen will wake soon. She just needs rest. When she does, she'll be happy to see you both here, to know she's not alone anymore."

Izuku and Ochaco sit by Ellen's side, watching over her and their new grandson with hearts full of love and hope.

The quiet of the mansion feels almost sacred now, the darkness of the past slowly lifting as they embrace this new chapter in their family's story.

Ochaco: whispering to the baby "Welcome to the world, little one. You're so loved… we'll make sure of it."
