The three of them sat in a quiet café, Ken visibly surprised by the choice of setting.
Ken: [with a raised eyebrow] "Wow, Mr. and Mrs. Bakugo, I expected this conversation to happen in a holding cell or something, but here? In a café?"
Bakugo, his expression stern, was clearly holding back his frustration.
Bakugo: "You know, 02, what you did back there was reckless, even for someone like you."
Camie, though more composed, still showed concern.
Camie: "Bakugo's right. You were too reckless. You should have at least told us before you left. What if something had gone wrong?"
Ken leaned back, a hint of defiance in his eyes.
Ken: "What if what, Mrs. Bakugo? You all know I can't fully trust heroes. What does any of this have to do with you? I mean... it's not like we're even related, right?"
Bakugo and Camie fell silent, the weight of his words hitting them hard. They couldn't force him to remember his past, nor could they explain everything at once. Ken, realizing the harshness of his own words, softened his tone.
Ken:[sighing] "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. But you all know if I hadn't acted, those civilians could have died."
Camie maintained her calm, though her eyes revealed a deep sadness.
Camie:[gently] "It's okay, 02. We understand that you don't trust heroes. We're not angry, just... worried."
Bakugo, his voice still firm, couldn't let the moment pass.
Bakugo: "Listen here, brat. That's my wife you're talking to. So next time, watch how you speak. Got it?"
Ken, taken aback but nodding slightly, knew that despite his confusion, there was a connection between them that he couldn't quite place.
Shoya was walking down the streets of Liverpool, scanning his surroundings for any signs of trouble when he suddenly saw a familiar face.
Shoya:[smirking slightly] "Wow, I didn't expect Mr. Shoto to show up here."
Shoto's expression was stern, a mix of concern and frustration evident in his voice.
Shoto:"03, what were you thinking, trying to handle all this on your own?"
Shoya, unbothered, folded his arms and replied coldly.
Shoya: "I can't trust heroes, not even the World's Top 3. You heroes are part of the reason 01 lost his arm."
A heavy silence settled between them, the weight of Shoya's words hanging in the air. Both father and son stood in a tense, unresolved standoff. Momo, who had been quietly observing, finally spoke up, her voice calm yet firm.
Momo:[gently] "03, we know you have your reasons for not trusting heroes, but remember—you can't do this alone. Especially now, with the limitations on your powers. You need allies."
Shoya's gaze softened for a moment, but the distrust and pain in his eyes remained, unsure whether to accept the help or push them away.
After a brief pause, Shoya looked at his parents, a bit more cooperative now.
Shoya:[nodding slightly] "Alright, if you say so. Inside that building, there are plenty of villains."
Shoto's eyes narrowed as he assessed the situation.
Shoto: "I'll handle them, but remember…"
Shoya:[cutting in] "Don't kill. I got it."
Momo smiled softly, appreciating Shoya's compliance.
Momo: "Okay, 03. We'll take care of the front area."
Shoya:[preparing to move] "I'll handle the back."
With a swift flash step, Shoya disappeared, leaving his parents standing in silence for a moment.
Shoto:[sighing] "Momo, I'm sorry about all this—seeing our son being so distant, so mysterious."
Momo's eyes were filled with sorrow, but she tried to stay strong.
Momo: "I know, dear. It's hard for me too, but we have to stay strong. We have to help him remember everything, even if it means he ends up hating us."
Shoto clenched his fists slightly, his voice low but firm.
Shoto: "If he hates anyone, let it be me. You did your best to make up for everything as a mother."
Momo placed a hand on his shoulder, her touch gentle but reassuring.
Momo: "We'll face it together, no matter what."
Shoto's ice abilities quickly took effect as the ground froze beneath his feet, forming massive glaciers. He glanced at Momo, who nodded in understanding.
Momo: "Leave it to me!"
With her quirk, Creation, she materialized a grenade launcher, expertly aiming and shattering the ice glaciers into shards, blocking off any potential escape for their enemies.
JCB:[in disbelief] "It can't be… The No. 3 Hero and Creati, his wife, are here!"
Reynolds:[panicking] "This isn't good! We have to stop them from getting inside!"
As the villains prepared to charge, Shoto wasted no time. His eyes narrowed as he unleashed his attack.
Shoto:"Flamethrower!"
A powerful wave of fire shot forward, knocking out all the enemies in front of him with precision. Just as the flames settled, a familiar voice echoed through the smoke.
Jogo:[smirking] "I didn't expect to see you here."
Shoto and Momo turned, shocked to see the man standing there.
Shoto:[in disbelief] "Jogo!"
Jogo:[grinning darkly] "After Satoru defeated me, I came here to work for All for One. But I never thought I'd run into the No. 3 Hero and his wife."
Momo:[firmly] "Stand down. This is your final warning."
Jogo:[sneering]"You damn woman, I'll kill you!"
Before Jogo could make his move, a swift kick came from behind, slamming him into the ground. The villain groaned in pain, struggling to lift his head as he recognized the figure standing over him.
Jogo:[shocked] "03… You're here too?"
Shoya:[smirking coldly] "It's been a while, Jogo. Looks like we're going to have a long chat."
As Jogo began to charge his magma attack, Shoya sensed something was off. But before Jogo could act, Shoto reacted with blinding speed, striking him before he could unleash his attack.
Shoto: "No, you don't!"
With a swift blow, Shoto knocked Jogo down. However, Shoya's instincts kicked in, sensing something much more dangerous beneath Jogo's seemingly defeated state. His eyes widened in realization.
Shoya:[urgently]"Mr. Shoto, watch out!"
In a split second, Shoya transformed into his Stage 1 Titan form, growing to an imposing 8 feet tall. He acted swiftly, grabbing both Shoto and Momo under his arms just as Jogo's body began to glow ominously, signaling an imminent explosion.
Jogo:[laughing maniacally] "If I'm going down, I'm taking you all with me!"
The explosion tore through the area, a massive burst of fire and force. But thanks to Shoya's devil form, he shielded Shoto and Momo with his massive body, absorbing the brunt of the blast. His devil form's hardened exterior protected them from the intense heat and pressure of the explosion.
As the dust settled, Shoya stood tall, his body smoking from the impact, but Shoto and Momo were unharmed beneath his protective arms.
Momo:[in shock but grateful] "03… You saved us."
Shoto:[looking up at him]"Thank you… You risked your life for us."
Shoya, still in his Titan form, looked down at them, his expression unreadable as he slowly reverted to his human form.
Shoya:[grimly] "We need to be more careful. Jogo wasn't just here for a fight—there's something bigger happening."
Shoya, after reverting back to his human form, winced slightly as the burns on his back healed. He quickly regained his composure and looked ahead, eyes scanning the horizon for any sign of Jogo, but it was clear—Jogo had escaped in the chaos.
Shoya:[clenching his fists] "He escaped… but at least I got the information we needed."
Shoto:[concerned] "What do you mean? What did you find out?"
Shoya turned toward Shoto and Momo, his expression dark and serious.
Shoya: "They're planning a massive gas explosion in England. All for One's latest plan… he wants to turn everyone into zombies."
Both Shoto and Momo's eyes widened in shock.
Momo:[gasping] "A gas explosion? To infect the population…?"
Shoto:[grimly] "That's worse than anything we expected. If they succeed, it could plunge the entire country into chaos."
Shoya:[nodding]"Exactly. We need to stop this before it's too late. There's no time to waste."
Shoto looked at Momo.
Shoto:"We need to contact the others. If All for One's really planning this, we'll need all the help we can get."
Shoya: [gritting his teeth]"I agree. Let's make sure this nightmare doesn't become reality."
