Chapter 31 - The Jet Stream Signature Attack

Kota glanced at Toshinori, trying to keep his cool despite the tension in the air.

Kota: "So, you're 01."

Toshinori gave a slight nod, his expression unreadable.

Toshinori: "It's an honor to meet you, World No. 7 Hero, Jet Stream. But right now, we've got bigger problems to handle."

Kota took a deep breath, his determination returning as he nodded back.

Kota: "Alright, 01. And everyone else—let's do this."

The group turned to face Floki and his remaining forces. Ellen stepped forward, summoning her Divine Sword, its gleaming blade reflecting her resolve.

Ellen: "You're not alone. We're all in this together."

Izana, already transforming into his first stage Symbiotic form, clenched his fists as his dark armor enveloped him.

Izana: "Let's take care of everything."

Shinwa's hands glowed with a radiant blue aura, her eyes focused on the enemies ahead.

Shinwa: "We'll provide cover and make sure no one gets through."

Kaori activated her Eight Eyes Quirk, a powerful aura emanating from her as she prepared for the fight.

Kaori: "Let's finish this."

Kota didn't waste a moment. He dashed forward, his fist connecting with Floki's jaw in a blur of motion.

Floki (thoughts): "He's fast—I can't even track his movements!"

Before Floki could react, Kota followed up with a powerful kick, sending him flying out of the area. Kota turned back to the group, his gaze steady.

Kota: "I'll handle him. You all focus on the other villains. Once you're done, join me."

Shoya was already in motion, summoning his scythe with a flash of dark energy. He tore through the approaching villains with precision and efficiency.

Shoya: "You got it, Sir."

Ken, summoning his dual swords, grinned as he joined the fray, slicing through the enemies with a practiced ease.

Ken: "Well, this isn't too bad either way."

Toshinori, his aura flaring around him like a wildfire, stepped forward with a determined expression.

Toshinori: "Let's do this."

Ken faced the incoming wave of villains with a smirk, inhaling deeply before unleashing a scorching Dragon Breath. The fiery torrent engulfed the enemies, leaving them no chance to retaliate.

Ken: "You all are just a waste of time."

With a swift motion, he drew his swords, slicing through the remaining villains with ease.

Shoya stood amidst the chaos, his scythe dripping with the blood of fallen foes. He glanced at the remaining villains with a disdainful expression.

Shoya: "I don't even need my devil form for weaklings like you."

Toshinori, his aura crackling with raw power, grabbed one of the villains by the head with his remaining arm and slammed him into the ground with brutal force.

Toshinori: "I'm tired of All for One's games. I will make sure to end him one day."

Ellen and the others watched them as they  unleashed their fury on the villains. Concerned, Ellen stepped forward, her eyes locking with Toshinori's.

Ellen: "Enough, 01! I'm warning you—no killing!"

Toshinori's gaze didn't waver as he stared back at Ellen.

Toshinori: "Ms. Azaria, I'm not a hero. I do what's necessary for me and for them."

Ellen's eyes traced the scar on Toshinori's face as she spoke, her tone firm but laced with concern.

Ellen: "Look, 01, I know you made an alliance with Deku, but he agreed on eliminating the creatures created by All for One, not villains. No more killing."

Suddenly, a villain lunged at Ellen from behind, but Toshinori reacted instantly. He unleashed an energy beam that struck the villain, killing him instantly.

Toshinori: "Ms. Azaria, you should focus on the battle, not my methods."

Ellen turned to the fallen villain, disbelief in her eyes.

Ellen: "You killed him."

Toshinori's expression hardened.

Toshinori: "What do you expect from a monster like me?"

Ellen continued to knock out villains as she responded, her voice filled with determination.

Ellen: "You're not a monster, you're—"

Toshinori cut her off, his voice cold and resolute.

Toshinori: "I'm what? Whatever I was, it doesn't matter now. We all know what our priority is."

Ellen's frustration finally reached its peak. She released her divine aura, the energy rippling outward in a powerful wave that instantly rendered all the remaining villains unconscious.

Toshinori, caught off guard by her display of power, took a step back and looked at her with newfound respect.

Toshinori: "You are truly remarkable and strong. No wonder you hail from the royal family of Russia."

Ellen locked eyes with him, her gaze unwavering and stern.

Ellen: "You've done enough. If you kill anyone else, I'll personally see to it that you end up behind bars."

Shinwa and Kaori, who had been watching from the sidelines, were stunned by Ellen's declaration. They knew how deeply she cared for Toshinori, yet she was willing to do what was necessary to uphold her principles.

Toshinori, however, remained calm, a small smirk forming on his lips.

Toshinori: "You are most welcome to try, Ms. Azaria."

Before the tension could escalate further, Izana suddenly appeared in front of them.

Izana: "We have to go. Kota-sensei needs our help."

Kota and Floki were locked in a fierce battle. Floki, using his tentacles, relentlessly tried to overwhelm Kota.

Floki: "You're strong, Jet Stream, but you're still inexperienced in battle."

Kota, barely reacting to Floki's attack, used his water blades to cut through Floki's tentacles, forcing him to retreat.

Kota: "You may be tough, but I've trained with the top heroes. I'm not going down easily."

Floki, now using his tentacles with increased ferocity, tried to land a hit, but Kota skillfully evaded each attack with streams of water flowing from his hands and legs.

Kota: "He's tough, but I think it's time to use it."

Flashback:

Deku: "You're doing great, Kota."

Kota: "Thank you, Deku-sensei. But I still feel it's not enough."

Deku: "After my final battle with Shigaraki, I thought I'd lost One for All and my dream. But my friends, especially Ochaco, never gave up on me. They gave me an advanced suit that worked like One for All. I was overjoyed that they didn't leave me behind. And eventually, One for All came back to me."

Kota: "You never told us how you got it back."

Deku: "When it returned, all the predecessors appeared to me. I even saw All Might."

Kota: "All Might?"

Deku: "Yes. He said to me..."

All Might: "Young Midoriya, I'm happy to see you again."

Deku: "All Might, I thought you were gone."

All Might: "We were always with you, but we needed time to fully recover. That's why you couldn't hear us."

Second User: "Now we're fully recovered and stronger than ever."

Fifth User: "We're all part of you now."

Deku: "Thank you all for never giving up on me."

All Might: "No, thank you, Young Midoriya, for being the hero everyone needs."

Kota, energized by his memories and the lessons learned, refocused on the battle.

Kota: "Amazing. So you're stronger than before now."

Deku chuckles.

Deku: "Yes, and through this, I learned an important lesson."

Kota: "What is it?"

Deku: "No matter how tough things get, as long as you have your loved ones by your side, you'll get through it together."

Back in the present, Kota, fortified by the memory of his mentor's words, prepared to use his ultimate move.

Kota (Thoughts): "I can do this. My wife Eri and everyone are with me. I won't fail."

Kota summoned a massive wave of water, forming a giant water typhoon that surged toward Floki.

Kota: "The Tsunami!"

The powerful wave sliced through Floki's tentacles, causing him to cry out in pain.

Floki: "Ahhh! How dare you!"

Kota, unwavering and calm, replied with confidence.

Kota: "You can't defeat me."

Floki, furious, lunged at Kota with a powerful punch, but Kota caught his fist effortlessly with one hand.

Kota: "I told you, you can't defeat me."

With a swift and decisive motion, Kota delivered a crushing punch to Floki's face, knocking him out cold. Kota, exhausted, sat on the ground, catching his breath. Toshinori and the others arrived just in time to see the aftermath.

Toshinori: "Well, I expected nothing less from you, Jet Stream."

Kota, looking up, said, "He's unconscious now. Better to call in the heroes and get him behind bars."

Toshinori nodded in agreement. Kota then turned to Ellen.

Kota: "Ellen, call the heroes and explain the situation."

Ellen: "As you say, Sensei."

Turning back to Toshinori, Kota tried to maintain his composure.

Kota: "01, you saved us today. Will you stay at my penthouse for a while?"

Toshinori: "Well, I suppose some rest is fine. Sure, why not."
