Aaron walked into the hallway, and Apollo's frown deepened as he saw him. "So do you hate the Don that much?" Apollo questioned, his gaze fixed ahead.
"Aurora told you about his condition, and you decide to show up at this time?"
Apollo's voice carried an edge of anger, his eyes trained on a point in the distance, avoiding direct eye contact with Aaron.
Aaron's voice was casual as he replied, "I was a bit occupied." "How is he doing though?"Aaron added.
Apollo's response was concise, his shrug indicating a lack of concern. "I don't know," he muttered, turning away as if eager to depart from the conversation.
"What's your problem now?!" Aaron shot back, his tone filled with irritation.
"I see you brought Stella just to please the Don?"
Apollo's voice turned sharp as he responded, "Leave Stella out of this."
Aaron, with his nonchalant expression, questioned, "And if I don't?"
Without warning, Apollo's clenched fist connected forcefully with Aaron's jaw, causing him to stumble backward.
The impact was sharp and sudden, leaving Aaron reeling from the unexpected blow.
The sound of flesh hitting flesh echoed through the hall as Aaron staggered back, a look of shock and pain etched across his face. He brought a hand to his bloodied lip before shooting Apollo a glare filled with anger and defiance.
"You're going to regret that, you bastard!"Aaron growled through gritted teeth before launching himself at Apollo.
Aaron's fist connected solidly with Apollo's jaw, sending him stumbling backward. He managed to catch himself on the nearby wall, regaining his balance, he quickly recovered from the blow, his expression hardening.
Apollo's eyes gleam with a dangerous intensity as he recovers from the punch. He clenches his fists tighter, his anger now surging to the surface. Without hesitation, he lunges at Aaron, his movements fueled by a primal rage. He aims a powerful punch, catching Aaron off guard and connecting with his gut.
Aaron, his anger matching Apollo's, swiftly retaliated, dodging and countering Apollo's punches. He threw a series of forceful blows, his aim true as he landed a few hits on Apollo. The two men fought fiercely, each giving as good as they got, their fight escalating in intensity.
Though Aaron fought back with all his might, it was clear that Apollo was the stronger of the two. Each of Apollo's punches carried more force, and he managed to land hits that staggered Aaron. Despite Aaron's best efforts, it seemed that Apollo had the upper hand, his anger fueling his strength and making him the more formidable opponent in their brutal confrontation.
The sound of the fight drew a small crowd, people gathering to watch the spectacle unfolding before them. Aurora stepped out of the room, her eyes widening upon seeing the scene. Stella, who was returning to fetch her purse, froze as she caught sight of the two men locked in a brutal struggle.
Security personnel rushed in an attempt to separate the two feuding men. However, both Apollo and Aaron forcefully pulled themselves free, determined to continue the fight despite the obvious signs of their injuries. Their bodies bore the marks of the battle, with bruises and cuts decorating their skin.
Stella Cruze stood frozen, her mouth agape, stunned by the sight before her. It was only when Aurora's voice sliced through the air, stern and commanding, that the two warring men paused their fists in mid-air.
"Both of you just stop!" Aurora exclaimed, her tone resolute and unyielding. To Stella's surprise and relief, they actually obeyed, their faces reflecting a mix of shock and begrudging compliance
Aaron stormed off, his anger still palpable. Meanwhile, Aurora's voice rang out, filled with a mix of frustration and concern. "What's wrong with you two?!" she exclaimed, her tone stern but tinged with worry.
Apollo's response was cold and dismissive, his irritation evident. "Just leave us alone," he snapped, his words hanging in the air.
Stella stood frozen, taken aback by the harshness in Apollo's voice. She couldn't believe that he would talk to someone as kind and caring as Aurora in such a manner.
In an eruption of fury, Aurora whirled around and entered the Don's room, slamming the door shut behind her with such force that it shook on its hinges. She locked the door fiercely, trapping herself inside.
Apollo's gaze finally shifted towards Stella Cruze. There was a moment of tense silence between them, and then he spoke, his voice tinged with irritation. "I thought I told you to leave."
Stella's heart quickened its pace, each beat seeming to echo loudly within her chest.
