Enzo's pov
The warehouse stood in stark contrast to the world outside. It was the perfect place to deal with traitors, away from the light, away from civilization. Inside, darkness loomed, the faint hum of a flickering bulb overhead the only sign of life. For most people, the place would feel suffocating, but for me, it was a reprieve from the chaos swirling around in my head. I needed something, someone, to distract me from her.
Tiara. The name alone made my chest tighten in frustration. Despite all my efforts to stay away from her, I couldn't shake the way she haunted my thoughts. The way her innocence tugged at something deep inside me, something I wasn't ready to confront. I wanted her to come to me of her own free will, to submit without my coercion, but the wait was becoming unbearable.
This traitorous omega, Lucas, was the perfect distraction.
