Even they, who are called Supreme Masters of Magic or simply masters by simply being born with the ability to master high level magic at will, cannot easily reach the frontier of 'Wish'.
It is not enough to reach the next realm, level 100 to be able to use 'Wish'.
Freddy had seen a 'Wish' user only once, just before facing the magic lord Arhat.
"I will stop him. Freddy, go to the shrine of the Monarchs."
A creature blocked the way to the shrine of the Monarchs.
The last resistance of humanity faced the Lord of magic Arhat, the strongest monarch of the nine, the one who had destroyed countless dimensions connected to the abyss.
What he saw then, the unleashed fury of that monster, was something beyond awe, something that bordered on the unimaginable.
