It was a meeting with the ministers just after lunch .

"sob...sob...my wife's cooking was so delicious i wish i could eat more but these stupid ministers wanted me to come and discuss who is the next emperor !! Is it really necessary ?? i curse those bastards not to have a nice home cooked meal !!"

The emperor was on his carriage cursing those ministers who interrupted his joyful moment with his wife.(empress)

At the main hall--------------------------------------------------------------------

Ministers were discussing on who will be the next emperor with enthusiasm. None of them wanted to break the eye contest between Prime Minister Lu Sheng , Wolf general Wu Tianming and Divine doctor Gu Sheng. So they gave a place for them to continue their eye contest. 

However, If there was one person whom every minister was surprised to find in today's meeting was Imperial College Dean Zhu Zheng. Never in their dreams would they have expected Imperial college dean Zhu to attend today's meeting. Everyone knows that this person is cold , unapproachable , totally a reincarnate of angelic devil !! As everyone was wondering what this person was doing , the guard at the entrance of the hall announced emperor's arrival.

As soon as he set foot in , a cold air permeated their bones. They knew they were in deep-shit trouble. They are fucked up.

"Long live his majesty , long live the Long dynasty"

The emperor sat on the throne and caressed his beloved blade , sweat dripped on every minister's back. The emperor smiled at them , but this smile made everyone present in the hall terrified. He asked them ,

"So who is gonna be the next emperor? any suggestions? remember you guys have 10 minutes before this meeting end . But if it ends way before it ..... "

Suddenly a lowly minister said , "Your majesty , we .....we have come to discuss that matter with you."

"oh ! a young cub huh?? is this your first meeting ?"

"Yes your majesty"

"Not bad . not bad at all. who do you think is for the throne my child ?"

"Your majesty , i strongly support his highness the fourth prince to succeed the throne ."

Telling his reply he bowed before the emperor. The ministers were shocked to find someone support fourth prince.

"Mmmh....Why do you support my fourth kid ? don't you know he is my illegitimate child? "

"Your majesty, forgive me for my impudence but as a citizen i wish to see someone who cares for his people to be on throne."

"You are a bold cub , aren't ya ? are you indirectly telling me that all my other brats don't care for people ?"

Suddenly a seemingly old minister came froward in a hurry, 

"Your majesty please forgive my child's impudence he doesn't know what he is speaking!!"

He then saw his son and said " What are you dilly-dallying for ? kneel for his majesty you idiot !" . Saying this he forced his son to kneel before the emperor.

"It's okay minister Chu , we need young cubs like them!. State your name and your post"

"Your majesty , Chu Tian at your service. I am the newly appointed magistrate of Chongxi county."

"I look forward towards your growth."

"Thank you for your blessings your majesty"

 The emperor looked around and saw three people looking at each other intensely. He coughed lightly, there was no response from them. So he ordered senior eunuch Long ,

"Eunuch long book a room at the most fancy brothel , let my brothers enjoy themselves."

The eunuch looked at the three people , he couldn't help but shake his head in disappointment. 

"Yes, your majesty i will do as you say"

Maybe it was because they heard what the eunuch said . They stopped staring each other and looked with their eyes filled with resentments towards the emperor. 

"don't look at me like that ! i was just helping you guys get a room" . He said distain fully.

The emperor then turned towards his ministers and said 

"dear lovely minister..!"

Just by hearing his addressing they had a bad feeling in their heart.

".... I know you guys need me to appoint a crown prince but as a father i love them dearly . So you guys have a talk with each of my son and bring their 'jade of throne' to me . I will appoint him as my successor "

Hearing this they knew this was their punishment. Their emperor was too black-bellied , now they are suffering their retribution.

The ministers have no way other than obtaining the 'jade of throne' and presenting it to the emperor. Everyone said in unison,

"We will do just as you say your majesty!!"

"Great! Dismiss the court"

Eunuch long then announced that the court is dismissed. He asked the emperor,

"Your majesty are you letting them choose the crown prince like this?"

"Uncle long you know how much i asked those bastards if they wanna be the emperor. None of them responded. These lot does want my baby to take the throne 'cause he is illegitimate. I can only make them suffer."

"hmm...that's true your majesty. By the message came from empress's place. Her majesty wants you to visit her. "

"Uncle , i have told you a lot of times . when its just family just call me Ah jiu as you always used to do !"

"Fine...fine i will keep that in mind " he said dotingly.

Outside the hall--------------------------------------------------------------------

The minsters were discussing how to approach their candidates and get their jades. 

"The emperor just pushed his job to us, now how are we gonna get that jade?? "

Ministers know that getting the jade from first three princes is an impossible task but they need to get it somehow only then they can rest in peace.
