Seth really didn't know what to do in this situation, they were almost a decent number of abilities being activated around him, at the moment he was using his plant tentacles arm to fling away some of the other students. " Hey jake, can you slow down some of these people"
"Don't command me you bastard?!" Even though he said that, Jake made a wall of fire around the two. Jake was only helping because he had no choice.
As Seth was also defending, he suddenly felt a foreboding feeling. 'Thally?!'
'Already got it' A strand of plant flesh fell off from his arm and then a it expanded just before an arc of light could reach seth and blocked it. He didn't know that was possible and he also lost some biomass too.
He then jumped back from defense to offense, he turned around to stare at the attacker. A boy with glowing hair yellow and gold eyes, Lucian. "Oh if it isn't my dear friend Seth, how has the academy been these days"
He had that smile in his face, Seth's eyes were squinted as he still did not like the light he was emitting . "Uhm not fun as this situation is making itself known and also seeing your brightness that could make a blind person go blind again"
His lip's quivered. "I..see, i heard you made my sister and her friends cry a bit, i was here to ask how you are going to pay for that"
Seth smiled, it was so bright it almost made Emily turn around to see what is going on, but then she was occupied by the infuriating brother of hers which didn't even tru to hurt her, he just wanted to tease her.
Well if you can call sending about a hundreds of glass shards to your sibling is teasing.
"hmm, i don't really get why i should pay for something your parents made by mistake?" His words deeply contracted his expression.
Lucian was smiling, but then in a single motion, he was right in front of Seth. "Oh, but you should or you would end up regretting why your parents ever conceived you"
There was no hunt of emotion in his eyes despite smiling, Lucien just watched as Seth's face became a display of fear. "How did you…"
"Who knows, the light just loves me"
[Lucien Radiant,Level 2]
[Ability:Limitless Radiance: As long as the very existence of light is around, his speed cannot be measured, he can control light]
"Let me introduce myself" Licien spoke and the nuber on his wristwatch glitched from 300 to 2,000.
"I am Lucien Radiant, A true Level 2" Lucien smiled creepily, as he was about to make his next move, he suddenly frowned and jumped back from his position.
From where he stood, a shadowy maw burst out and crushed the air. "Hello Radiant bastard, it is me, Zack Umbra a first year coming to the academy but was treated badly"
Zack arrived at the right moment, he was done fighting with the seemingly weak second years, At the moment his watch displayed a big number, 1000.
Lucien smiled. "The DarkHoldGroup?, how infuriating, i shall leave for now…"
He then disappeared from where he was and went somewhere to watch the chaos.
Seth looked at Zack. "Thank you"
"You are welcome, now all of this second years are weak, which is weird, maybe they haven't gained enough resources" Zack contemplated.
Seth ignored him when he suddenly felt an unnerving presence beside him. "What are we talking about"
'Seth, you're girlfriend is here~' Thally teased him.
He looked at Haiki and wondered why she was suddenly here, wasn't she fighting?. He turned around to look behind her and see that almost all the Second years were injured on the ground, they were all bloodied and bruised.
Then there was a boy with red hair and blue eyes stepping on one of their faces with his leg engulfed in blue flames. The situation changed by that much.
Seth had a sense of fear grappling his heart, how strong were these two exactly?.
"you are inexperienced using your abilities, it's going to be hard for you to beat any of these second and third years without using some petty tricks" Haiki playfully told him and Seth knew how true that was.
He sighed and then turned his attention towards Emily, she was having a hard time fighting her brother but her brother was humming as he turned all her liquid projectiles into glass and threw it back at her.
Emily was at a disadvantage, her brothers abilities perfectly counters her own. "Damn it Fredric?!, why are you even fighting me here"
"I wanted to see if my little sister can defend herself and i am impressed so sis" Fredric replied and then closed his eyes.
"So it's time for you to see what a Level 2 can actually do" His eyes opened back and Emily froze all of a sudden.
She was surrounded by multiple shards of glass aimed at her. "I am not going to hurt you but take this as a lesson, do not offend anyone in the second or third years, if you get hurt we might not twke it to likely to the person who did, as i say this i will leave you alone"
With that the shards broke apart and Fredric walked out of the hall without any obstructions.
Dale silently watched, he didn't care if he left or not, to him this was more of an example to the First years to not mess with their seniors.
But he did take in account there would be sime strong and strange individuals among them, thinking about it this should be enough for them to. "Well then, we are now done here, anybody that doesn't stop fighting now i will make sure to punish you"
But what Dale didn't expect was for someone to suddenly come into the hall. "Dale of the Darkeater Group, you have Violated a lot of codes today and now it's time for you to pay for it"
Elen's Voice boomed around the hall, her arrival caused the blood of everyone in her proximity to be frozen, literally.
She slowly walked towards the stage and as she walked by she saw her sister, Emily looked at her sister for a second and them turned away.
Elen sighed and continued walking towards the stage until she was already in front of Dale. "…Oh uhm can we talk about th- Ow?! hey stop that?!"
Elen twisted Dale's ear with a sharp tug, her glare as cold as the air around her. "Talk? You think we can talk after this chaos? Do you even understand the magnitude of what you just allowed to happen here?!" Her voice carried authority that silenced the hall, even the sound of labored breathing from the injured second years seemed to quiet.
Dale squirmed, his composure crumbling as he tried to free himself. "E-Elen, come on, it wasn't that serious! We were just—"
"It wasn't serious?!" Elen's icy aura intensified, frost beginning to creep along the floor. "Dozens of second years injured, unrestrained ability usage, and you let them go wild?! And don't get me started on the damage to academy property!" She let go of his ear and gestured to the shattered glass, singed walls, and twisted metal around them. "Do you even know how much paperwork this is going to cause?"
Dale rubbed his ear with a sheepish grin. "Well, uh… it builds character for the first years, you know? A little chaos never hurt—"
"Say one more word, and I'll freeze your character solid," Elen snapped, cutting him off.
The tension in the room was palpable, but Seth, standing off to the side, couldn't help but smirk a little. Even Dale, one of the most feared third years, was reduced to a scolded child in front of Elen. It was oddly satisfying.
Elen turned to the crowd of first years, her icy eyes scanning over them. "As for the rest of you… consider this your one and only warning. I don't care how strong you think you are or how justified you believe your actions to be. No one causes this kind of disruption in my academy. Am I clear?"
The hall was silent, save for a few murmurs of acknowledgment. Even Lucien, who had reappeared in the shadows to watch, raised an eyebrow at her commanding presence.
Satisfied, Elen crossed her arms. "Good. Now, get these injured second years to the infirmary. And as for you," she pointed at Dale, "you're coming with me. We're going to have a long discussion with the administration."
Dale groaned but didn't resist, trailing after her like a chastised puppy.
As the frost in the room began to melt, Seth let out a breath he didn't realize he'd been holding. "Well… that was intense," he muttered.
"Ooh so that must be the Number 1 of this academy, i didn't know she was that terrifying" Zack muttered, nodding his head in acknowledgement.
