Yanah, under the barrage of apologies said by good voices and looks, was defeated. Her heart softened at the Alphas' apologetic and pleading eyes.
Even her usual haughty omega became extremely forgiving. Seriously, am I a slave to good voices and looks?
With a sigh, Yanah said: "I accept your apologies. I hope something like this wouldn't happen ever again."
Yanah decided that if the Espers here decided to blunder like that again, she will rebel and directly complain to the Dean.
"Thank you for accepting our apologies." Calix's beautiful long eyelashes fluttered, appearing saintly. His baby blue eyes extremely soft while looking at her.
Yanah immediately averted her eyes after looking for three seconds. The eye contact with such an angelic beauty was too much, even for her, who loves beauty.

After the apologies, the Alphas of the William Dorm introduced themselves to Yanah.
"I'm Zed Leo Thornin, the pack alpha. A Leo." The man, with his dark chocolate like voice, stood up and introduced himself.
Yanah tried to be subtle, seriously checking him up and down.
Zed stood tall, a figure that seemed to command the very air around him, suitable of him as a pack alpha.
His presence was not loud, but it was undeniable—like a storm gathering quietly on the horizon. His eyes, a dull gold, held a quiet intensity, as if they had seen the world turn many times. They flickered with an almost imperceptible glimmer, like embers long cooled but still burning beneath the surface.
His hair, a shade of auburn that caught the dying light of the sun, was cut short but not harshly so, allowing the strands to shift slightly, like leaves in a breeze. It framed a face that was sharp, as though carved from stone but warmed by some inner fire.
His presence demands attention, and it came to him, drawn in by the power he hold, like gravity pulling the stars into orbit.
And Yanah's attention is no doubt being pulled to him like a magnet. She was almost blinded by her in-depth survey of his beauty.
Zed, who received her attentive gaze, felt pleased. A small thrum of joy hummed in the soul bond, received by his mates who glanced at each other's eyes.
Calix, unable to bear the Guide's piercing gaze at his pack alpha, cleared his throat.
At last, her black eyes turned to him, making him smile when he felt Zed's tanthrum at the soul bond.
Yanah blankly turned her head to the angelic beauty. If Zed is the epitome of manly handsome, then this man is angelic beauty, rivaling even the top beauties Yanah had glimpse on famous magazines.
"Hello, I'm Calix Von Liux . A Cancer. I'm the healer of the pack. If you got hurt or sick, you can come to me." Calix sweetly smiled, offering the most expensive healing to the Guide for free. If it was known, many paying customers would curse out the stingy angel.
His skin is flawless, with a soft, radiant glow that seems to emanate from within, casting a gentle light on his features. High, delicate cheekbones frame his face, giving him an elegant and refined look.
His jawline is strong yet gracefully curved, adding a touch of masculine strength to his otherwise delicate appearance.
And fitting of his angelic features are a set of baby blue eyes, silver-gray curls, and cherub lips.
If Zed's presence was like a sun, then Calix's was the moon. He was calming and relaxing.
'He is indisputably the Healer of this pack just base on his looks alone.' Yanah mused.
"Oh, okay. If I ever got sick or injured, I will call for you." Yanah awkwardly chuckled and averted her eyes when she noticed that she was staring blankly on the man's face.
Calix's baby blue eyes narrowed in satisfaction. It was his turn to boast in the soul bond.
"Seems like I'm next. Hello there, I'm Rowen Lou Wollun. A Virgo. If you ever found your upcoming classes hard to understand, you can come to me and I can tutor you." Rowen, noticing that Calix was done, calmly introduced himself.
Yanah turned to look at Rowen. Different from the first two, Rowen possess a face as handsome but it was more... Aloof?
He sat on the couch with a rigid, almost mechanical stillness, as if every movement had been calculated and deemed unnecessary.
His brown hair, neatly parted, fell in precise lines, each strand seemingly placed with intention, as if even his appearance was a reflection of the methodical mind beneath.
His posture was perfect, back straight, arms resting with a kind of deliberate indifference. Everything about him, from the way he breathed to the way his fingers idly tapped the side of the couch, spoke of control—over himself, over his thoughts, and over the space around him.
His green gaze behold her, looking at her calmly. Among the five of them, he seems like the brain of the pack. He looks so calm and compose yet his words hold consideration.
"Thank you for the offer. If I ever needed help for a study, I would go to you." Yanah didn't decline his help. Who knows what kind of topics she would study to become a proper guide? Having the help of someone who looks like a honor student wouldn't be bad.
"Ooh! I'm next!" Quinn put his hand on Jay's mouth that was about to open and pointed at himself.
"I think you already know my name but let me introduce myself again. I'm Quinn Terra Verga, a Gemini! I might not be as helpful as Calix or Rowen but if you wanna go around for fun, I'm your guy to go!" Quinn grinned, showing pearly white teeth.
He was like a burst of sunshine in human form, radiating an easy, infectious energy that seemed to light up every corner of the room.
His platinum blonde hair, tousled in a way that looked both effortless and artfully careless, caught the light with a soft glow, as if kissed by the sun itself.
Beneath that bright crown, his hazel eyes sparkled with mischief, constantly shifting between shades of green and gold, as though reflecting the vibrant spirit within him.
There was a warmth to his smile that never seemed far from his lips, one that invited everyone around him to smile, too. It wasn't just the physical beauty of his chiseled features—the strong jawline, the perfect symmetry of his face—that made him stand out, but the joy that radiated from him.
Yanah can't help but think that he was the kind of person whose presence turned an ordinary day into something brighter, who made the simplest conversation feel like a shared secret.
Handsome, yes, but more than that—he was alive in every sense of the word, his cheerfulness as magnetic as the sun rising on a new day.
Yanah can't help but give him a smile and a nod to his offer. Finally, her eyes settled on the last person whose mouth got covered.
"I'm Jay Hugh Serval. A Taurus. If... you like fruits, or vegetables, I can grow it for you. Guaranteed to be fresh and healthy." Jay softly pulled the hand blocking his mouth away and gave her a lazy smile.
Yanah can't help but notice that among the authorative, calming, aloof, and cheerful people of this pack, Jay looks like the most...lazy?
'No... Not lazy but nonchalant.' Yanah found the right word. Jay looked nonchalant. His handsome face framed by his short soft brown hair and his chocolate brown eyes, to the relaxed posture while sitting on the couch, was like the personification of nonchalance.
Five alphas, five distinct beauties of their own, and five different personalities. Yet they looked harmonious as a pack. And she was now their dorm mate.
Yanah stood up and gave a small smile, after their introduction, it was her turn.
"I'm Yanah Franshire. A newly awakened SSS-Guide. I hope we get along well for a long time."
---
After the introduction, Yanah returned to her new room, setting up her things on the place.
While arranging her books on the shelf, Yanah felt that her dorm mates' names were quite... familiar. She just doesn't remember how exactly they are familiar to her.
'Zed, Calix, Rowen, Jay, and Quinn. They're so familiar but I don't remember...?' Yanah has prided herself for her memory but it looks like she was destined to scratch her head in puzzlement today.
'Since I can't remember, it must mean it's not that important.'
