Jade's POV
I didn't know when I had fallen asleep the previous night. I didn't even know I could actually fall asleep, after everything that had happened.
From Raymond's shocking announcement to my sudden declaration; everything felt like a blur while I slept.
"Oh, it is really a miracle that I slept so soundly." I exclaimed, stretching my arms and yawning as I got out of bed.
I had thought I wouldn't be able to sleep a wink since I was thoroughly disturbed. I had openly declared that I would leave the house when I had nowhere to go to. That had been weighing heavily on my mind.
"What if Raymond asks me to leave today?" I wondered aloud.
"Then, hello streets, here I come." I stated and let out a very dry chuckle.
"This too shall pass. It is a matter of time. I know I am going to be fine, no matter what." I affirmed and walked into the bathroom to get ready for the day.
