"What is that?" A feminine voice screamed out in shock as she laid eyes on Andrew in his wolf form.
Being pushed to the back, Andrew could only check out who the intruder was from his wolf's eyes. Even though he wasn't in control, the rational part of his mind, which was more human than animal, was terrified that someone had entered the room.
Someone who would know the secret he and his father had been hiding. But his wolf didn't care. He was just furious for being insulted that he couldn't protect his mate.
However, as Andrew peered closely at the intruder, he realized it wasn't who he thought.
