Chapter 44 - The impromptu getaway

Andrew's POV

I couldn't believe the audacity of that woman.

She dared to threaten me!

"How dare she?" My wolf bared his teeth at her retreating figure. I swallowed hard and closed my eyes, trying to regain control and be calm. Then, I opened my eyes again. 

"I need to talk to my father about this woman. Her intentions in this house aren't clean at all," I gritted out to myself.

"I hope he listens to me, or I will be forced to take drastic actions that is capable of disrupting the fragile peace we have in this house." I heaved a sigh and wanted to head into the house but stopped to reconsider.

"Do I really want to face that woman now? No!" I decided and got back into my car. I needed to cool off my head, and there was no way I could do that with her in the house.
