The last person Lucian and Ronald expected for their father to bring into the palace was Edmund. Yet, right before them stood the man they all thought was their enemy, and beside him was king Wallace, his face bright with a proud smile, one that Lucian and Ronald failed to comprehend.
At first they had thought that Edmund had been arrested, but after realizing that he wasn't bound in chains, and after seeing the smile on Edmund's face, it had become obvious that Wallace had lost his mind.
"It's nice to see you two, hopefully we can live together as a family." Edmund said to the awestruck duo before him, a cynical smile playing at his lips as he slowly walked past the frozen men.
"What is happening? What on earth is going on?" Lucian was the first to break out of his animation. He had a lot of questions, ones that needed answers immediately.
