Ye Shu opened the surveillance footage transferred by the assistant and frowned as she watched the screen.
Indeed, all the surveillance was correct, and the intern had never opened the folder.
When Ye Shu saw a particular frame, she pressed pause. The intern was obscured by a potted plant placed to one side, her entire figure hidden, not even a shadow visible. However, just a few seconds later, she walked out again, holding the folder in the same way she had before.
"Call the intern to my office," she said.
Her voice was calm, betraying no hint of emotion. The assistant knew that, no matter the outcome, both she and the intern were set to be punished for her failure in duty—yet the assistant offered no defense.
"Sure."
The assistant brought in the intern and then pulled up the intern's information on the computer.
"Wang Wei?"
