Ye Shu had taken quite a while before she walked out of Ye Corporation and headed towards the black sedan. She stopped in her tracks.
The man inside the car had already put on a mask. Seeing her approach, he lowered his voice and said in a deep tone,
"Tian Tian is now at Maple Forest Hotel and wants to meet with you personally. Get in the car."
A slight, cold smile curled at the corner of Ye Shu's lips. Her delicate features betrayed no panic. She just calmly looked at him.
The driver was unnerved under her gaze, feeling an inexplicable sense of guilt, and his brows knitted slightly in a show of anger.
"Are you coming or not? If not, I'll leak what I know to the media."
He made a threat, recalling that Ye Shu had seemed wary of the media on the phone earlier and now used it to intimidate her.
All he had to do was get Ye Shu into the hotel room, and his task would be complete.
