In the bathroom, Su Mu hugged the toilet and vomited everything she had eaten, her face becoming so unbearably red because of the discomfort. Fu Shinian stood at the door watching, turned around to pour her a glass of water, and came back to find her still dry heaving in the same position.
Fu Shinian walked over and gently patted her back,
"Auntie is not an outsider. If you can't eat, just say so. Is it necessary to make yourself so uncomfortable?"
Su Mu stopped vomiting and turned to avoid his touch but didn't respond to his words. Fu Shinian couldn't help but smile at the sight,
"We haven't gotten divorced yet, and you won't let me touch you?"
Su Mu didn't look at him and went straight to the sink to wash her hands and rinse her mouth. The cup of water in Fu Shinian's hand became redundant. He stood there, chuckled softly, placed the cup on the sink, and said to the busy Su Mu,
"Su Mu, I will not agree to a divorce."
