In the end, Jiang Bei had Zhou Wu and Yang Li serve for a week at the nursing home, leaving both of them quite surprised. Nonetheless, they were grateful to Jiang Bei, and although Rong Shen was dissatisfied, he said nothing more and waved them off with a gesture.
When only the two of them remained in the room, Jiang Bei felt it was unnecessary for her to stay any longer:
"Now that everything has been resolved, I should be going."
"There's no rush." Rong Shen had no intention of letting her go, "They've arranged a reception banquet for me today. As the person who saved my life, you should be there."
In such a setting, with such a group of people, Jiang Bei did not want to be involved, but she could tell that Rong Shen was a man of his word. He seemed to have no intention of stepping back on his desire to have her accompany him to the event. After much argument, Jiang Bei finally resigned herself to accept the situation.
