When Jiang Bei arrived at the Glass House in the evening, there was already an additional person inside, introduced by Wei Shaoqin:
"This is Auntie Yang, who has been taking care of my family. I've asked her to take care of Su Mu for a while, since I can't cook."
After Jiang Bei had greeted her, he immediately had Wei Shaoqin carry two large suitcases upstairs, while Wei Shaoqin, following orders but quite puzzled, asked, "What do you need all this stuff for? If Su Mu is lacking anything, I can just buy it for her directly. Isn't this all too troublesome for you?"
"It wasn't me who took them," Jiang Bei replied, somewhat gloomily. "Fu Shinian gave them to me to bring over."
Wei Shaoqin had just carried the two cases upstairs when, hearing this, he was ready to take them downstairs again:
"He gave them to you and you brought them here? Why didn't you just throw them away?"
