Su Mu refused to let Wei Shaoqin take her; she stumbled out of the hospital. Wei Shaoqin was not at ease and followed her until he saw her meet her friend, which somewhat reassured him. Although he was always up for fun, he had some basic reverence for life. If he had known such an incident would occur during his frivolous moments, Wei Shaoqin would never have done so.
Unfortunately, Su Mu probably wouldn't believe it.
Jiang Bei was startled when he saw Su Mu's condition and examined her closely:
"What happened to you? Why do you look like this? What happened?"
However, Su Mu wasn't in the mood to care about herself:
"How is my mom? What's her condition now?"
"Don't worry, Auntie is fine now; the surgery went smoothly."
Upon hearing this from Jiang Bei, the heart that had been hanging in Su Mu's chest all the way eased slowly, "That's good."
"I have some clothes in my resting room. I'll take you there to change. It's not good for you to see Auntie looking like this."
