"Oh, isn't that Qiao En?"
Qiao En looked up and saw Qin Keke coming over, dressed in a loose bohemian long dress.
They hadn't seen each other for a while. Qiao En had heard that Qin Keke seemed to have found herself a wealthy suitor, reportedly single and rich, who was even ready to give her a proper status.
She had gotten a new hairdo, with trendy large waves cascading over her shoulders, exuding a distinct 80s Hong Kong style flavor.
"Keke, long time no see!"
Qiao En greeted her with a smile, although the two of them didn't really interact much.
Qin Keke glanced at Qiao En disdainfully and sashayed over to her own workstation.
Her station was close to Qiao En's, and as soon as she sat down, she pulled out a compact mirror and constantly touched up her makeup.
Qiao En took out her phone and scrolled through Weibo; she didn't notice that Qin Keke's gaze was drifting towards her, intentionally or not.
"Qiao En, get me a cup of water, will you? I'm so thirsty."
