Cheng Zhiwei was busy until noon and only came out when it was time for lunch, to find He Ye waiting for her.
"What's up?" she asked.
"Auntie said you've moved out?" He Ye looked at her with concern, furrowing his brows. "Don't get me wrong, Auntie didn't say anything else, she just asked if you came to work today, and I asked out of curiosity."
"Yep, I've moved."
"Why didn't you tell me?" He Ye sounded a bit heartbroken. "Did something happen?"
"I argued with my dad, nothing major." Cheng Zhiwei didn't want to talk about it.
"Have you found a place? Do you want to stay at my place first?"
Cheng Zhiwei turned down He Ye's kindness. Not to mention that it wasn't appropriate, Yu Shuhua was still living at his place—the awkwardness of running into each other was unbearable.
"Let me know if you need any help," He Ye said consolingly. "Do you need me to hire a nanny for the kids?"
