An Yan gazed at the dazzling diamond ring in the box, its pure and brilliant light reflecting in her pupils.
The design of the diamond ring was quite unique, with the main stone being a sunflower-cut diamond, and ten tiny diamonds embellishing the band. The hollow design of the base allowed more light to refract through the diamond, enhancing its fire.
Fu Shiyan watched her lifted lips and took out the ring, then knelt on one knee.
"The sunflower represents passionate sunlight and warmth. Yanyan, you are my little sun, illuminating my once dull and uninteresting life. I want to give you and our child a home. Will you marry me?"
An Yan pursed her lips, "Didn't we register our marriage a while ago?"
Fu Shiyan shook his head, his eyes filled with deep apologies, "But I owe you a proposal, and a grand wedding. I didn't do well with these, and now I want to make it up to you."
He said seriously again, "Yanyan, will you marry me?"
