The office wasn't lively it was suffocating especially for lillia,as the man Infront of her was giving her killing looks after she gave out her answer it was as if he couldn't believe she said that ' those he doubt me or what' she taught
Aryan tilted his head when he heard her answer, his eyes doubting her as he continuously gazed at her, for one second he was surprised, he taught he had read her well or knew the kind of person she is, he was quite good at reading people, he just knew she wouldn't choose the second deal as the first was the real pay, but that was not the case she seemed to be sure of it and even smiled when she gave the answer, for some reason reading her wasn't easy, when he taught she would do this she would do the opposite, but then he smiled the second deal was favorable to him, he uncautiously bit his lips staring at her, then he bent a bit closer to her and asked
" are you sure about that lady"
Lillia gulped hearing his question, the look on his face was cold yet teasing her, it felt like she was making a damn mistake like she was doomed or something but she eventually nodded indicating a yes, Aryan smirked seeing her nod
" I am asking for you to know you can't back out later on there is still time to change your mind" he uttered his voice dangerous, his eyes serious daring her to change her mind
Lillia gulped again hearing his words and she could feel the warning in his voice, her heart was telling her to just choose the first deal but then again her mind won
" I very much know about that, but my answer remains the same " she said back with a determined voice stating she knows what she said
Aryan was satisfied at least she confirmed it herself he wasn't going to take any excuse later on, he straightened up his hands in his pockets, but then again why will she choose the second deal he didn't know the answer to that
" ok then the deal is finalized" he stated his eyes smoldering waiting for her to change her mind in the split second but she didn't, he saw her bite her lips then looked at him he saw she was about to say something, then his phone rang
She bit her lips again when he gave her a glance and stride towards his table where his phone was blaring out, his broad back was facing her, she took a deep breath easing the tension in her heart, only God knows what she was doing right now, she was finding it abit hard to grasp what was happening she could clearly remember she came for an interview then she entered the wrong office then now she entered a deal with someone like him she couldn't fatom in her wildest dream that this will be happening to her entering a deal with a rich tycoon , she studied him he looked so distanced and cold as he stood far from her but at the same time he looked so surreal and handsome his face just gave out perfection, she stood there gaping at him and throughout his unperturbed call he just answered an " hmm" then kept the call he threw her a quick glance which she was quick to avert, she bit her lips staring down, she wasn't a fan of men but right she did blushed when he just caught her staring at him, that was new
Aryan ignored her reaction as he glanced at the door waiting for someone to enter,lillia raised her head when she heard the door open who was coming in, soon a tall slender man walked in lillia eyes widened abit at the man who just walked in
And Aryan who saw her reaction for some reason didn't like it
Lillia couldn't help but gape at him he was another spec of a fine man
She saw him walk towards Raymond and bowed, he didn't seem to notice her, making her feel so small who was she for him to notice
" sir" he greeted
" should I bring her in" David asked, because he knew his boss even if he had told him through the phone, he asked just had to make sure
" no need for that" Aryan uttered
David face turned solemn abit he went through stress to bring the lady and now he wasn't interested
" why"
" I already have a replacement" Aryan replied his gaze fixed intently on lillia, he saw her eyes widened hearing his words and she looked really upset but he didn't care he just kept staring at her to change her mind but he didn't hear any word from her, still for some reason he was expecting her to change her mind
David who was stunned to hear his boss words followed his line of sight, and his eye widened as his boss used his eyes to show him his replacement, he Shaked his head not believing what he was seeing, he looked at the woman he wouldn't put her in the category of the most beautiful but she was really pretty she looked so mundane and she was dressing so modestly , he kept asking himself how his boss got interested in her, his boss that he knew never fancied anything that is not sexy and hot
David glanced back at his boss
" who is she" he asked sheepishly his ears curious
" my replacement" Aryan answered still staring at her this made David more shocked, the severe question was how she got to his office or did the boss bring her himself or
" is she an offender" David asked, Aryan finally glanced at him
" and she wanted to run away" he chuckled
David now understand where everything was going he stared at the lady and felt pity for her for he knew only one offence she must have committed stepping into this man's office without notice was his gravest offence he knew her pay would be really tough, but then he didn't understand why was she was his replacement
" but...."
" no but" Aryan cut him off
" send the other lady away" he completed
