Chapter 81 - The more you fight, the stronger you become! Porunga! (Part II)

"A battle of this scale, who is Ragar fighting? It definitely isn't one of our own," Aika, the leading Namekian, exclaimed in astonishment.

Even though he was considered a fairly powerful Namekian, he was nowhere near the level of Ragar, the Super Warrior-type. Yet, he could feel the terrifying intensity of this energy.

"What a powerful aura... Could it be a new child birthed by Grand Elder-sama?" one of the two elders among the four people murmured to himself after sensing the energy for a moment.

Just as he finished speaking, another powerful shockwave hit, catching them off guard.

"The shockwave is too powerful; we should fall back for now, Elder," suggested another young Namekian named Eli.

If this energy storm continued to grow, it would reach a point they couldn't withstand.

"Yes, let's do as Eli says. We'll go to see Grand Elder-sama once the shockwaves subside," agreed the other elder.

Soon, the two young Namekian guards, along with their respective village elders, landed behind a mountain on the island that was unaffected by the storm.

On the island, the two elders looked at each other, their faces full of concern. They had already received a warning from the Grand Elder and were in constant communication.

Aika and Eli, having not received the message, were very curious about what was happening.

After the elders' explanations, they learned that the one able to fight Ragar to this extent was an alien visitor.

The fight between Talot and Ragar continued.

Their energy clash remained in a balanced standoff, with neither side gaining a real advantage.

If they continued this way, one side would exhaust their stamina, or the energy would reach an excess saturation before exploding.

Neither outcome was desirable.

Both had to find a way to break the deadlock!

"Seems like I can only do it this way, otherwise when the energy clash ends, I'll have no strength left." Having already made a decision, Talot murmured to himself.

In the next moment, he decisively detonated his energy cannon.

BOOM~~!!!!!!!!!

The sudden massive explosion disrupted Ragar's energy output as well.

The flames from the explosion shrouded the sky, and thick smoke formed a colossal wall in mid-air, blocking Ragar's view.

"What just happened?" Ragar exclaimed in surprise.

He hadn't reacted yet, because he found it hard to believe that Talot would be so crazy as to forcibly detonate the energy.

After all, such a tactic would harm both sides.

The energy clash was forcefully interrupted, and the resulting backlash caused blood to trickle down the corner of Talot's mouth.

But this injury wasn't serious. Even though he was only six and a half years old, his small body had undergone gravity training and had been strengthened by Earth's Eternal Dragon. His resilience far surpassed that of typical experts.

With a sharp glint in his eye, Talot wiped the blood with his thumb and once again attacked.

With a flurry of hand motions, Energy Bullets rained down from the sky, engulfing Ragar on the island.

This sudden attack was unexpected and nearly impossible to evade.

However, after enduring over a dozen bombardments, Ragar quickly found his balance and started to counterattack.

Although he sustained minor scratches, this type of attack was still something he could effectively dodge.

"Tricks like this are useless in front of me!" Ragar roared, a terrifying aura erupting from him.

As his power surged, a storm swept out along with his aura.

Not only did it block the onslaught of Energy Bullets, but it also quickly dispersed the cloud of smoke created by the explosion.

With the wall of smoke no longer obscuring his vision or disrupting his senses, Ragar swiftly locked onto Talot's position. Exploding with power, he launched himself forward, taking the initiative to attack Talot.

"So fast!" Faced with Ragar's proactive attack, Talot realized the dire situation and assumed a defensive stance.

Bang! Bang! Boom! Boom!

Once again, a heart-pounding battle unfolded.

This time, Ragar took the initiative to attack, launching one powerful attack after another, relentlessly hammering Talot's body.

Despite Ragar's fierce assault, Talot displayed an impressive instinct for combat. Thanks to his strong physique, he could withstand the pressure Ragar exerted—otherwise, he wouldn't have lasted even three hits.

As the fight raged on, Talot continued to improve. With the combat insights gained from Ragar, he was becoming more adept at controlling his strength, while his fighting style steadily improved throughout the battle.

From initially defending to gradually countering, and eventually fighting on equal footing, Talot grew at an astonishing rate!

[His movements have changed again?! Is this kid really that talented?!]Ragar's keen eyes noticed the changes in Talot.

He had known Talot was exceptionally gifted, but he hadn't expected the kid's fighting talent to be so terrifying.

He was also considered a genius, but Talot's rapid growth when facing immense pressure was something he couldn't hope to match.

Not only had Talot upgraded his own fighting style, but he had also indirectly seen through his various attacks.

After falling for a trick once, he didn't fall for the same trick a second time.

Gradually, this sparked even greater interest in Ragar.

He wanted to see just how far Talot could grow under the pressure brought by him!

Spotting an opening in Talot's defense, Ragar gathered strength in his right hand and swung a powerful punch.

The strength he exerted had already surpassed his previous levels.

Whoosh~~!!!

A tearing sound cut through the air.

Talot narrowly dodged Ragar's serious attack.

Just dodging?

No!

Talot took the opportunity to wrap his tail, which he had long learned how to control, around Ragar's wrist.

"What?! Your tail can attack?!" Ragar was startled.

Caught off guard by this attack, he tried to break free, but the contraction force of Talot's tail was truly immense, making it impossible for him to fully control his right hand for the moment.

The time was too short; even if Ragar wanted to attack with his other hand, he could only use it to block Talot's counterattack.

"BOOM!" A powerful blow landed on Ragar's arm. Talot had put all his strength into this attack. With a loud explosion, Ragar did manage to block Talot's full-powered mountain-splitting kick, but he lost his balance and plummeted from mid-air onto the island.

The entire island, shattered by the immense force of the impact, was split into pieces, with most of it sinking beneath the water.

But it wasn't over yet!

High above, Talot took a deep breath, quickly extending his arms as powerful energy gathered between his hands.

Once the energy reached its peak, Talot suddenly waved his hands, and a crescent-shaped energy wave in the form of a cross surged forth, carrying an unstoppable and ultimate cutting force, slicing through the air.

The power of this attack rivaled their earlier energy clash, though its form and destructive effect were different.

From the ruins of the island, Ragar's aura erupted out and he broke out.

Sensing the threat from Talot's move, Ragar quickly acted, pushing his hands forward to create an energy shield in front of him.

Boom~~!!!!!!!

In an instant, the island, already destroyed, was cut into quarters by the crescent-shaped wave. Even the energy shield that Ragar had created was sliced open without resistance.

Feeling pain on his body and face, Ragar instinctively looked down and wiped at it.

The purple blood of a Namekian was as noticeable as the red blood of Earthlings and Saiyans.

He had been injured!

Ragar was completely stunned; he had even dodged the attack, yet he was still injured by the aftermath of the slash.

There was a scratch on his cheek and a long wound on his arm.

Although for Namekians, such a wound could heal in an instant, it was unexpected given that his strength was far superior to Talot's.

Even Grand Elder, who was observing, was taken aback, as were the other Namekian elders and warriors who had escorted the dragon ball to the Grand Elder's location.

Namek's strongest warrior, Ragar, had actually been injured by an alien child.

It was almost unbelievable.

Over here, the only one who was excitedly shouting was Salari.

Because Talot was in the advantageous position, in her eyes he was even more outstanding.

Their power levels differed by ten thousand points.

Little did Salari know, this battle was merely a sparring match. If it were a real fight, Ragar would never have performed so poorly.
