Gu Mian was terrified, staring at him in dismay.
"Gu Mian, I really underestimated you." Li Tingshen's deep and sharp eyes captured her face, and he warned, word by word, "Listen well, you are now my Madam Li. If I ever see you cavorting with another man like you just did, I will kill him!"
Gu Mian was about to speak, but then saw Li Tingshen turn around and leave.
"Tingshen!"
Li Tingshen completely ignored her and walked out the door.
Gu Mian's foot was injured, and she couldn't possibly chase after him.
After a short while, Gu Xingzhi knocked on the door and came in.
Not seeing Li Tingshen, he asked, "Mianmian, where is he?"
"He had something to do and left first."
Gu Xingzhi frowned, "But your foot is still injured, how could he leave you alone like this?"
"I'm fine." Gu Mian had a stomach full of questions she wanted to ask him, yet didn't know where to start, "Xingzhi, where have you been these years?"
