"That works." Gu Mian agreed, "Then I'll see you tonight."
"Okay."
Gu Mian stood up, not noticing the man on the sofa.
She got out of bed to wash her face in the bathroom, and upon exiting, she saw Li Tingshen sitting behind the office desk, working.
Gu Mian paused, lost in a moment of reverie.
This scene made her feel as if she had returned to the past, to the time before Li Tingshen had lost his memory.
She claimed it didn't matter whether Li Tingshen could recover his memory or not, which was somewhat of a lie.
Of course, she hoped that he would regain his memory and that everything would return to a normal life.
But she didn't harbor too much expectation.
Because her expectations could pressure Li Tingshen, so it was better to let things take their natural course.
