Even the usually calm Shen Yanhe's mind buzzed to a blank when she heard Ye Min ask this question, and her heartbeat suddenly quickened.
Ye Min's knowledge came too unexpectedly. Shen Yanhe hadn't yet figured out how to explain Fu Yanhe's existence to her.
Almost subconsciously, like a child who had made a mistake, her body stiffened slightly as she lowered her head in silence.
Ye Min's expression was very serious as she looked at the child she had raised from a young age. A hint of heartache flashed through her cloudy eyes, but she still steeled her heart and asked her slowly again.
"Your Aunt also said that the person you married is your cousin's fiancé, that you stole him away, and that you colluded with outsiders to sabotage your uncle's company, causing it to struggle and nearly go bankrupt."
Ye Min took a deep breath, staring intently at her, "Is what they're saying true?"
