As Alex pedaled his bike, he reflected on what had just happened. He muttered to himself:
"Those women are truly strange, and those young men were probably bandits before. Being able to train bandits into a professional army, and with such a good attitude, is honestly quite fascinating."
Of course, he could do it too. After all, bandits were still human. Moreover, they were people with a high level of courage.
To be honest, their bravery could be considered a talent. With proper nurturing, it wouldn't be an issue.
But the most important part is the persuasion phase. It's not something that just anyone, not even politicians, could necessarily pull off.
People born with emperor-level potential are natural leaders. Although they tend to go off on their own later, during the initial phase, they are indeed fitting leaders.
