Freya glared at the figure with eyes that blazing with murderous intent. The figure now no longer smiling. He gritted his teeth in frustration. His plan had failed and he knew all too well that he couldn't stand against Freya in a direct fight.
His eyes darted toward Odin who still lying on the ground, wounded and unable to move. The chance to kill the All-Father was slipping away. But he couldn't risk his own life any longer.
With a swift motion he raised his hand and thick black mist swirled around him. More monsters then emerged from the shadows. The beasts materialized around him and their forms twisting in the mist as they moved to protect him.
The figure took a cautious step backward and retreating behind the wall of creatures he had summoned. His escape was now his priority.
Freya's anger flared, and she shouted after him, "Hey! Come back here, you coward!"
