Freya and the trio finished securing their gear few minutes later and readying themselves for the journey again. Freya adjusted her armor new and turned to the three young warriors.
"I've already informed the Valkyries who still in the palace. They need to move as well," she said. "And there's something you should know. The man we killed before was actually a Dark Elf."
Erik, Liam, and Mia exchanged glances.
"Dark Elf?" Erik asked, his brow furrowing.
Freya nodded, her gaze distant as she recalled the knowledge she had known.
"The Dark Elves are a mysterious race. They dwell in shadows and rarely seen unless they want to be seen. Their true motives are often not clear and their loyalty is to their own kind. Because of Nox's involvement, I can't see who's really behind all of this. The Dark Elves don't work for just anyone, they must have reach for first Valeria, not the other way around."
