"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Alex yelled out loud as his body absorbed Spark energy.
The sensation was torturous. It felt like lava coursing through his veins, attacking every part of his body. The very air around him seemed to suffocate him, his veins glowing red, and his eyes filling with blood.
"Aghhh..." He started to cry blood, and from most of his pores, a mixture of blood and a black substance gushed out. The pain was unlike anything he'd ever experienced.
"AGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Alex fell to the ground, gasping for air as moss crumbled under his grasp. His mouth frothed, his eyes turned black, and foam spewed from his lips.
"Shit... I'm losing consciousness..." He looked at his hands, watching as the red in his veins slowly turned black.
"Am I...?" Thoughts raced through his mind. He remembered Earth, his family, friends, and everyone who had shaped him. As these memories flooded in, he gritted his teeth.
