Ch. 28: The Party Begins
Just when I was going to get some answers from the strange woman "CHAOS BRIDE" I had to get interrupted by—
CLICK! CLICK!
"H-- Hermes!?"
Hermes stood there looking down, the opposite of his true personality. There were dark rings under his eyes, it looked like he hadn't had decent sleep in a while. Like he was kept late at night for some reason. But what was he doing here, how did he find out where I was--?
"Hades, I messed up bad. There's something I have to tell you--" His voice sounded broken, this was not the Hermes I knew, just what had happened to him for him to change like this?
I could sense the urgency in the air, Hermes had something he wanted to say.
My eyes started to buzz again, that was when I knew something was wrong.
