After zeus was killed by the mighty jade emperor the gods started to waver.
They knew they were most definitely screwed now due to that.
All of their god kings were dead except one who if they were quite honest may as well be the weakest god king to exist.
So they didn't have any hope whatsoever!
Should they surrender and beg for mercy?
No! They were gods! The divine beings who every creature worshipped for millions of years, how could they ever surrender to such things?
So while they didn't want to be exterminated they had no other choice but to fight.
It's either us or them they all thought although they knew the outcome was going to be bad.

"That's the third one down, one more to go which is where minge comes into play."
"According to what I know he can tame ferocious beasts so he should win this fight, this god king is the weakest of them all afterall."
After seeing the jade emperor lay the smack down on Zeus, Alucard knew the victory was in their hands.
All that was left was the weak god king to finally be killed and the rest of the gods to be purged and the world can usher in a new era.
An era where humans will be born and no creature will be enslaved to do others bidding.
"Alright, I suppose it's my turn then." A farmer looking creature said with a plant ontop of his head.
"I summon you! Great desolate whale!" He raised his proud hands high and summoned a mighty whale that covered the heavens and earth.
It was a peak divine ascension creature which stayed in the deep ocean most of the time which discovered minge in an island.
He decided to befriend the weird guy and that's how it all started.
"Kill that god king right there!" Minge pointed to the scared god king who didn't even bother moving when the whale opened its mouth.
The whale obeyed his friend and unleashed a devastijg attack.
"Oceanic catastrophe!" Out from his mouth came a whole ocean with different types of sharks and piranhas biting at the god king.
It was a slow but painful death given to the god king and when it finally ended one shark bit his head off killing Jim.
The last god king has fallen.
The god race is over..
"EVERYONE! ALL THE GOD KINGS ARE DEAS! THE GODS WILL
BE NO
MORE MAKE SURE YOU KILL THEM ALL NOW!" Alucard declared in a loud voice for all to hear.
Him and the others used all their power to bring down the rest of the gods which was a quick victory in their hands and thus ended the divine era.
"The god era has finally come to an end and our mission will soon end also." Alucard said to the rest after the battle.
After the battle ended they went back to their respective places and left the clones to do their bidding while they went back to the main bodies and into the void to discuss.
"Yes, now the humans will soon be created and everything should follow a normal worlds path." The jade emepror said.
"Most importantly we still have a bit until we go back so we should continue watching over the world and make sure our races don't suddenly die out." Lucifer proposed.
Something I wouldn't expect after that guy.
"Also, minge your the only one of your race so why not create a few dozen of you guys and live on that big island in the middle of nowhere? Seems like a good place to farm and you got protection with all those sea beasts." Gaia said to minge.
He was the only one of his race while all the others had hundreds of thousands if not millions.
And since Gaia was the goddess of life she obviously wanted him to have his race flourish and survive in this world.
She loved life she thought of it as a blessing afterall.
"Fine, I'll create more of my people." Minge gave in and decided to use his creators power to create more.
He placed them on the island where he was so they can have a safe place obviously.
And after that was finished the others let their soul clones do whatever they wanted in the mortal world while they watched over it and so many many years went by and the world was thriving..
Humans were born in the previous era which were created by a chaos god named nuwa who survived the initial 3000 dead.
She created humans for merit which we let happen. She found us and knew who we weee and wanted safe haven for herself.
The first human to reach the peak was a talented young man with an amazing physique.
And then many others came after him, 5 others to be exact. They were the most talented humans in their group.
However they wanted to go further.. so they went to the other races and got the kings of each and came up with a plan..
A plan to make a higher plane if existence so they can go higher and higher with their cultivation.
And so with all of there power combined they made the upper realm. A realm where there are 5 more realms and when you reach the peak of that one you can travel worlds.
And so they set themselves up there and built it up.
While the mortal world went on and thrived even more now that there was more races involved.
And so millions of years later they suddenly got a system alert.
[The mission time is over you will be returning to your main worlds soon]
[The rewards will be distributed upon return and the rewards you get will be based on the performance you had in this world]
[I hope you all enjoyed your vacation in this foreign world you guys created.]
After getting the system message they each had different reactions.
After All they spent close to a billion years here so they obviously had some feelings to this place.
But a mission is a mission and they still had their worlds to go back to and everyone had loved ones.
So they didn't dwell too much especially since the reward will be a juicy one for each and everyone.
"So this is it huh? It's been a while and we done so much but it is time to go back home." Alucard said to everyone in which they nodded.
"We can just leave this castle floating in the void.. who knows perhaps when someone is strong enough they can find it and know the truth of this universe." Thry nodded again.
[Returning back home in 3…2…1.. Have a safe travel]
Instantly they all saw white and when they saw again they were back where they left.. home.
And they all hoped that the world will be the same when they return god knows when.
However little did they know…

The world of the mission:
Right now the world is under mutation.
Something is happening as if a mass extinction suddenly appeared.
The world is undergoing many changes.
The heavenly DAo suddenly disappeared replaced with a weird organism who took over the core of the world putting its powers in which gave birth to mutation and different types of things.
Humans suddenly all died with not many surviving, the ones who did could be counted to the millions.
Maybe even hundreds of thousands.
The poeple In the upper realm all expericnaced a change and the upper realm fragmented and turned into different types of realms inside of the world.
And they instead became something of their former enemies.. gods inside of their own personal realm which became known as divine realm later on.
New species were born while the old were wondering what was going on.
And suddenly there was now a system which appeared in front of them giving them information on what happened and what is to be.
They all thought this was ridiculous while others thought it was good change was happening and thought of it as their chance to thrive.
And so years upon years passed while the creators had no idea..
