The pressure in the room seemed to have doubled, with the air around seemingly pausing from Oliver's narrowed stare.
But soon, a voice rang out and broke the tension.
"Leave the poor boy alone. He already said his piece; it's not up to him whether you choose to believe him or not..."
The voice came from none other than the oldest-looking lady, who walked over to them.
She grabbed Oliver by the ear and pulled him off the seat, dragging him away to his room.
"Leave me alone!" Oliver screamed as he tried to escape her grasp, but Nolan watched with interest as orange-colored chains suddenly moved out of her hands and wrapped tightly around Oliver, constricting him until he couldn't move an inch.
She then dragged him away from the place.
CLINK!
The sound of the pilot room door unlocking echoed through the room, just as a golden-haired guy walked into the room, his eyebrows furrowed.
